Cartage, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 kV VCB HT Panels, SITC of BTU, Earthing and Allied works for proposed Electric sub-station at ICPS Building, 3 Nyaya Marg, New Delhi

Cartage. Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV VCB HT panels including loading, unloading, dragging, positioning etc. along with civil work required at site, complete in all respects. (11kV VCB HT Panels shall be provided by NDMC)

Modification, alteration and fabrication of 01 No. 11 kV VCB HT panel, converting it into Bus Coupler by providing 14 SWG MS sheet duly powder coated with suitable colour and by providing 02 Nos copper bus bars (for each phase) of size 50x10mm, HS insulating sleeve and insulators etc. complete job as per site requirement.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance free type Earth Grid as per specifications to deliver earth result not exceeding 02 ohms, consisting earth electrode (s), Copper bonded MS Earth Strip and hardware for interconnection of earth electrodes, earth enhancing material (conductive concrete) complete in all respects.

Supply & fixing of copper bonded MS strip having size 50x6 mm for connection of earthing from earth grid to equipment, as per Technical Specification.

Providing & Fixing of 65 mm GI Pipe from earth grid to equipment (as required) including connection with nut, bolt, spring washer excavation and refilling as required, complete in all respects as per site requirement.

Supplying and Fixing of synthetic PVC Insulated rubber mat 2.5mm thick and 01 mtr. width suitable for 11KV Panel Board as per IS 15625:2006 as per the site requirement

Providing and Fixing of Battery Charger Unit along with Lithium batteries as per specifications & complete in all respect as per site requirement.

Supplying and laying of ISI marked XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured, copper conductor of size 2.5 sq.mm/10 C control cable for working voltage upto 1.1 kV in recess/on surface/in G.I. pipe/cable trays etc from energy meter box to HT panel complete in all respect as per site requirement. Prefferable Make: Plaza/Havells/Finolex/RR Kabel/KEI/Polycab

Supplying and laying of ISI marked PVC insulated, sheathed, armoured, copper conductor of size 2.5 sq.mm/4 C control cable for working voltage upto 1.1 KV in recess/ on surface/ in G.I. pipe/cable trays etc from Battery Tripping Unit to HT panel complete in all respect as per site requirement. Prefferable Make:Plaza/Havells/Finolex/RR Kabel/KEI/Polycab

SITC of 11 kV Indoor epoxy resin casted CT single wound for metering (as per actual load requirement) class 0.5 burden 15 VA, short time current 18.4 kA/1 sec; insulation level 12/18/75 kVP as per ISS 2705/1992 for 11 kV HT panel. (03 Nos. in One Set), complete in all respect as per site requirement. Preferable Make: AE/Kappa/Areva/Crompton/Savio/Hans/Narayan powertech.
