Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 x 25 W, 4 feet LED Patten along with supply of necessary fabricated brackets to mount the light fitting and supply and fixing of 6 A, 240 V, 3 Plate, Ceiling rose as per detailed specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, transportation, installation, testing and Commissioning of Wall (surface) mounted 6 W Bulk Head luminaires. - Catalogue No : WT202W LED6S CW PSU S2 PC or equivalent and Lamp Type LED. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.16.1).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6 A, 240 V, 3 Plate, Ceiling rose with PVC Junction Linker as per detailed Specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 6 A, 230 V, Angle Lamp Holder along with PVC Junction Linker as per detailed Specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and installation of Electronic Calling Bell as per the detailed specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Wiring and termination for Telephone point with 1 Run of 0.61 mm dia, 250 V grade PVC insulated, twin twisted, single pair, tinned copper wire from Telephone Junction Box to Telephone points in concealed conduit/ PVC Trunking including of supply of Telephone wire. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.18)

Wiring for Television point including supply of RG-6 Co-axial cable from terminal junction box to the TV point provided in the living hall in each Quarter in existing concealed PVC Rigid conduits/Casing & Capping including connecting the same to the socket. as per the detailed Specification. (Quantity indicated is running length of 1 Run of Wire), (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.18)

Supply and Installation of P3 grade laminated Hylam sheet of 3mm thickness over the boxes and as per the detailed specification.

Supply and installation of 63 Amps, 500 Volts 4 way SS stud type Terminal block with DIN rail for mounting and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Retrieval of the already laid one number 1100 Volts Grade XLPE/HRPVC insulated, Stranded Aluminium conductor cables of following sizes in built-in trenches, on walls, poles and from embedded pipes including removal of end termination GI spacer, clamps etc as per the detailed specification. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.5)

3/3.5/4 Core upto 25 Sqmm

Relaying of one number 1100 Volts Grade PVC/HRPVC/XLPE insulated, Stranded Aluminium/copper conductor cables of following sizes in built-in trenches on walls, poles and through embedded pipes using the retrieved spacer & clamps as per the detailed specification. (Note: Cable will be supplied by department as free issue item) (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.6)

3/3.5/4C X Upto 25 Sqmm

End Termination of the following sizes of Aluminium Conductor PVC Insulated and sheathed armoured UG Cable using Single Compression, Heavy Duty, Gland connecting the cable to the equipment such as Switches/Panel Boards etc. using Comet or equivalent make Aluminium crimping lugs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of supply of Cable Gland and Lugs. The Contractor shall arrange for making holes wherever necessary for fixing cable gland. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.10.1).

4 Core x 10 Sqmm

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following Raychem make Heat Shrinkable Cable Straight Through Jointing Kits (Crimping type) for 3.5 Core Aluminium Conductor, 1.1 kV (E), PVC/XLPE insulated cables of following sizes as specified. Excavation will be measured separately (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.10.6).

4C x 10/16 Sqmm Aluminium Cable

Assembling, testing and commissioning of flush mounting 20 Amps, 230 Volts, 2 Pin + Earth, 1 Phase Metal Clad Socket (AC Point) including supply of 1 No 20 Amps Single Pole MCB C Seires as per the detailed specification.

Excavation of soil including refilling with excavated earth and disposing surplus earth at places as directed with in a lead of 10 Mtrs. and initial lift upto 1.5 Mtrs. including neat banking as per detailed specification. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.2)

Schedule of Quantities

The schedule of quantities is to be read for the purpose of pricing in conjunction with the special conditions, general rules for the guidance of contractors, conditions of contract, specifications, scope of work (Section V), and General Specification (Section VI, VI MNC), drawings, schedule of supply of materials and the appendices for complete interpretation of this scope of work quantity wise.

The prices inserted in the schedule of quantities shall be inclusive of value of the work described including all cost and expenses, which may be required in and for the construction of the work described together with the general risks, liabilities and obligations not forth or implied in the documents on which the tender is to be based.

The quantities stated are to be considered approximate only and the unit prices entered in the schedule of quantities and prices shall apply only to the actual quantities measured in the completed work in accordance with the specifications.

Items of work described in brief are detailed under specification of Work.The scope of work will not be estimated from the brief description of this schedule.

Rate quoted must include all components required for meeting the specification and performance requirements of the item irrespective of whether they are specifically brought out in this schedule or not.

All the materials other than those shown in schedule of supply of materials in section VII are to be arranged by the contractor and his rates should account for the same.

Rates quoted for all items in this tender shall include cost of all materials. Department will not supply any materials other than materials stipulated in Section - VII of the tender and as such the rates quoted must be all inclusive.
