Repair and CAMC of 2250 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant at District Hospital Poonch

Repair of 2250 LPM OGP (PM Care) by way of servicing of air compressor (03 units of 750 LPM each) by way of removing old Air Oil separator-03 nos, Air Filter -03 nos, Oil Filter- 03 nos, draining compressor oil 45 litres of each compressor after cleaning the chamber by adding sludge cleaner and running then providing and fitting of new Air oil separator 03 nos, Air Filter 03 nos, Oil filter -03 nos, and compressor oil 135 litre, replacement of rubber coupling assembly, O-ring set/Gas kit, repair of SS hose and Oil tank by way of welding to check leakages servicing of oil cooler by way of cleaning it with chemical and servicing of dryer unit(03 units of 750 LPM each) by way of replacement dryer fan 04 no, condenser cleaning, gas check and topup if required replacement of Line filters 03 sets (set of 04no). Providing Fitting and Installation of 06 no DN65 angle valve 03 no DN80 angle valve 02 no DN40 in place damaged angle valve Providing Fitting and Installation of Oxygen Purity Sensor-03 no, unloader valve kit-01no, MPV kit-01no Blow off valve kit-01no, solenoid valve-01no, thermostate valve kit 01no The job also includes any minor necessary work associated with above mention work and cost of material and labour charges for repair at site and all taxes as applicable.

CAMC of oxygen generation plant(Unissi 2250 LPM complete unit - 3 skids each of 750 LPM)which includes periodic servicing/maintenance and repairs of complete OGP Unit (consisting of oxygen modules, air compressors, air dryers, activated carbon towers, filtration assemblies, air tanks, oxygen tanks, interconnecting pipeline, control valves, indicators, sensors, pressure & purity meters, UPS, Electric panel and other allied accessories, etc.),(including topping/replacement of zeolite/alumina/any other chemical as per requirement), Allied equipments such as Main Electric Distribution Panel, MCCBs/ACBs, , AVR DG Set (including replacement of batteries), AMF Panel, cabling, etc. Other miscellaneous items of the plant room, such as lighting, Switch boards, heavy duty exhaust fans, ceiling fans, electric wiring and complete gas pipe line system. The technicians (to be provided by the hospital authorities) shall be responsible for routine checking and operation only, any kind of breakdown of the oxygen generation plant shall be taken and repaired by the firm for maintaining of the plant 24x7. The firm shall bear all the charges of material including consumables, labour, transportation and all taxes as applicable
