Taking down carefully existing unserviceable street light fitting of any type from existing location and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable street light bracket with clamps of size 25/40/50mm from steel tubular pole (light fitting) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above ser item no. 03 but for 60 Watt LED Street light complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F street light bracket in replacement of length 1.20 meter made of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm bore bent to shape to fixed on LT poles including MS clamps nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down of old existing unserviceable post top/gate light fittings, including necessary disconnection of electric connection and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing moon (prismatic), decorative gate light made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for 20 W LED all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing moon (prismatic), decorative gate light mode up of high grade unbreakable polycrbonate material suitable for 7W LED all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing moon (opal), decorative gate light mode up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitablefor 20 W LED complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable of ACSR or AAC conductors and any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 6 sqmm, 2 core including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm, 4 core including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) any size as directed on overhead LT electric line with stretching and tensioning with reqd span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator with aluminum binding wire not less than 2mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Stretching / restringing only ACSR conductor in position on LT over head lines of any size,type, span length with permisiable span sag and binding with pin/shackle insulator with new aluminum binding wire not less than 2mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable insulators of any size and type from LT overhead lines, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pin type insulator porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green including of size 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height, 90 mm dia (maximum) including mild steel straps of section 31mmx3mm, washers, 12mm dia insulator bolt and nut suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth for foundation of pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil after the pipes/fittings are laid/fixed jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) for cable protection of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 25 mm Bore including taking down of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair 3 core 1.5sqmm PVC copper cable multi stranded drawn through inside pole from the bottom connector to fitting including providing necessary lugs including taking down of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for DB SPN 2 way When MCB when MCB to be use for on / off of post top lights, including taking down of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pole mounting junction box FRP type of size 250 x 175 x 100 mm, 3 phase with locking arrangement, lugs, nuts, bolts and clamps of iron flat of size 25 x 4 mm comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 volts, 10KA, including taking down of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 Mtr apart including 4 mm suspension wire one twin core cable flat or circular of 16 Sqmm size including taking down of old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note-Service wire from pole passing through insulating hangers, bracket and upto DB shall be measured as one length

All as per above item no 27 but size of cable 10 Sqmm twin core, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair of solar photovoltaic panel/module having Nominal Voltage 17.1 V DC, maximum power Current 2.32 A, open circuit voltage 21.6 V, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair of charge controller 12 Volts suitable for solar led street light of Capacity 6/7 watt, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply fix in repair of Battery Nominal Voltage12 V DC Nominal capacity 30 AH having company warranty for three years with authentic papers warranty, Battery High 100% Battery Low 50%, Battery should support for 3 non sun shine days once charged fully, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair of solar LED light of capacity 6/7 Watt, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of Cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt LT (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor straight through joint heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor of size 70 to 120 Sqmm cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of Cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt LT (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor straight through joint heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and ccessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor of size 25 to 50 Sqmm Sqmm cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
