Providing and Laying and Consolidation of 45-63mm stone aggregate of (10cm loose of specific site to water bound macadam specification including in uniform thickness hand packing and rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages upto proper grade and chamber apply and brooming required type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting 100mm loose thickness minimum and minimum compacted thickness 75mm (MORTH & H specification No.-405)

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifcation including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mix materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base /base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density 8-10 (for Top coat 100mm loose thickness minimum & minimum compacted thickness 75mm (MORT & H specification No.-406.)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.60 kg/sqm. on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as MORT&H specification No. 502

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam (40mm thick) with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG [email protected] kg/sqm on the preapred bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as also using emulsion pressure distributor applying tack coat and work should carried out as per MORT & H specification. 503.

Providing and laying 25mm thick bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (VG-30)
