Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450mmx300mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat to receiving to wall tiles in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tiling shall be as in patches or of any size or any description , any colour, any location or all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M & L non-skid / mat finish coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tiling shall be as in patches or of any size or any description , any colour, any location or all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from over head water tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc including dismantling & refixing at same or other place complete all as specified and directed by E-in Charge for Exc 250 Ltrs but not exc 500 Ltrs tank including writing with oil paint the date of cleaning on tank.

Description same as per Item No. 04.00 but for Exc 500 Ltrs but not exc 1000 Ltrs tank.

S&F15 mm dia pillar tap brass chromium plated with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shank and fly nuts complete.

FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD. water and cement (1:4:7) mix or SBR LATEX of STP LTD, as per manufacturers instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete complete.

M & L 10 mm thick plaster in one layer in CM (1:3) over concrete roof padding, cement mortar mixed with and including chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement or STP No. 1 (Liquid) of STP Ltd. in proportion 200 ml per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions laid when concrete is still green and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete.

Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer 0.3 Kg / Sqm. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric laid with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. (iv) Applying coat of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats all as specified and as manufacturer instruction complete.
