Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing to black top surface of road with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying by providing evenly a priming /tack coat with bitumenous primer (Paving bitumen) @ 05 kg /10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled to uniform smooth surface, well ramed rolled with 8 to 10 ton power rollers to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to patholes any depth, not exc 01Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around adges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming and applying tack coat @ 10kg per 10Sqm, putting in premixed bitumenous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09cm of stone chipping , 6.3mm size and again well lommed in duly supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of patholes exc 30mm (including supply of road metal), completa all as specified and directed.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick, well burnt, old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry on end vertically, including neccessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

2.5 mm thick hot thermo plastic road marking paint strips, line, dashes, arrows letters etc. on road pavement width not exceeding 10 cm wide in white or golden yellow colour according to IRC35-1970, conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformaion and having softening point 25 to 30, complete all as specified and directed. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Nevigator or equivalent.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Moorum /red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15cm thick, spread , levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and laying of approved quality sand and cushioning to protection of UG cable, laid 8cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned to from an over all layer of 18cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Material and laying of sub class ' B ' Bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equl to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - II (Schedule of credit) Amount of Rs. 405259.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
