Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, walls, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m but not exc 3m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling and watering well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm all specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels or drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast Cement Conctete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs for man holes etc set in cement morter 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 mix type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipe including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after laying in trenches to required slope and tested complete all as specified for 450 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Thickness of concrete bed below the barrel of pipe shall be 10 cm and width of bed shall be outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness;, above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and other similar works complete all as specified and directed and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations footings bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished of flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished of flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls , horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm wide but not exceeding 20cm wide, surface flat for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 over fair face of concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes of socketed, excluding fittings in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm PVC pipes of socketed, excluding fittings in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC pipes 160mm bore of pressure rating 10Kgf/Sqm class 5 including socket etc icl lowering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F slotted PVC pipes 160mm bore of pressure rating 10Kgf/Sqm class 5 incl socket etc incl lowering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only graded stone agreegate 40 to 60 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only graded stone agreegate 8 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only fine agreegate (sand) for concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vertical bore hole by rotary com through direct hammering (DTH) technique in any type of strata consisting of 200mm dia drill bit from GL upto a depth as directed and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance not exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of guage not exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 40 mm thick, as in floor and finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory casted 60mm thick machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paving blocks M-35 having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and no pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation complete all as specified and directed.
