Repairs to the rear entrance porch roof

Providing 20mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 for the compound wall including cleaning the wall surface, mixing, carrying materials, curing, etc complete.

Providing and fixing MS angle (size: 40x40x6mm) with the barbed wire over the compound wall, fixing the angle in CC within the pillars including applying primer and painting to the angles, cost of all materials and labour charges, etc complete.

Raking out the damaged joints of the laterite stone floor and pointing the same in LM (1:1:1) including raking, cleaning the surface, pointing, matching the color, etc complete.

Applying two coats of water proof cement painting over the old surface to give an even shade including removing the old paint by scraping of the old surface properly, cleaning and preparing the surface, etc complete.

Repairs to the gate by dismantling the gate and raising the height of the gate from 1.50m to 2.05m by using 10mm square bars @ 10cm c/c and MS flat 40x5mm horizontally for two leaves, providing 10mm square bars as spikes over the two-leaves and fixing the gate in position in CC, providing GI sheet for the gate frame including dismantling, cutting, welding, preparing the gate frames to the required size and fixing the same along with one coat of primer and two coats of paint by scraping, etc complete.

Providing and applying synthetic enamel paint in two coats of approved brand and manufacture including scraping, cleaning the surface, etc complete.
