Dismantling of unserviceable worn out/weathered/damaged ACSR conductor, service feeder of any size from pole after disconnecting of jumpers and insulator bindings complete all as directed.

Material & labour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arm of MS channel or angle section from the pole complete all as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, suports, clamps, back plates etc., fabricted with strututral steel sections including bolts, nuts, washers etc., welding , bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or size,as indicated or as directed and inclusive of one coat of primer , one under coat , and finishing coat of paint all as directed

M&L for danger Notice board , LT, 440 volts , of size 20 Cm X 15 Cm, 1.6 mm thick, mild steel sheet , vitreous, enameled white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with clamps, bolts, nuts of approved size.

M&L for LT Insulator PIN type , 1100 volts grade, of size 100 mm height , 65 mm dia , porcelain, vitreous, white or brown,including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for LT Insulator SHACKLE typ ,1100 volts grade, of size 90mm dia, 75 mm height , porcelain, vitreous, white or brown,including galvanised mild steel strapsof size 31 X 3 mm , 12 mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cradles hexagonalor rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel wires 4 mm or 3.15 mm dia for road crossings, between HT and LT conductors on same supports etc.

Taking out old unserviceable cable from tenches/pole etc

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric under ground cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete all as per item No 10.00 here-in-above but of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 Core.

Complete all as per item No 10.00 here-in-above but of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core.

Complete all as per item No 10.00 here-in-above but of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Complete all as per item No 10.00 here-in-above but of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Supply and fix on pole / wall or lay in trenches under road / drain crossings etc., for drawing cables, GI pipe light grade , ISI marked ,of following sizes including necessery pipe ,fittings ,clamps, bolts , nuts etc., all as specified and as directed (a) 40 mm bore dia

(b) 50 mm bore dia

(c ) 100 mm bore dia

Excavation In trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr. In depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr. In width and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cables/pipes, erection of poles, stays, cable fault detection etc.

Returning re-filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering with ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials/ surplus soil and depositing where directed at a distence not exceeding 50 mtr.at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr. from starting point.

Supply , lay / spread in trenches, River sand , clean ,including spreading , levelling , punning for laying / cushioning of cables all as specified and as directed.

M&L well burnt sub class “B” bricks laid flat breadth wise along the length of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type100 Amp with braking capacity 16KA . (Make : Havells Cat No IHLASF0100 or equivalent and approved model of L&T/MDS/Scheineder)

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type63 Amp with braking capacity 16KA . (Make : Havells Cat No IHLASF0100 or equivalent and approved model of L&T/MDS/Scheineder)

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type 200 Amp with braking capacity 35KA . (Make : Havells Cat No IHLCNF0200 or equivalent and approved model of L&T/MDS/Scheineder)

Labour only required for re-stretching/ restringing of existing loosed / sagged ACSR over head conductor of any type and size including supply and binding wire/aluminum tape of required size, opening from insulators as fixed on pole after taking proper electric shut down from concerned staff including taking down unserviceable conductor from OH line and proper binding with additional conductor and restringing on line, complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25x4mm, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’
