S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour (multi colour pattern as approved by GE) having tensile strength 550 MPa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, dia of shank 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 4mm thick designer ceiling board (Make " Everest/Ramco/Gyproc" Hill & Lake Pattern) in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions , laid on hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet & of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 12 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rowl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be grater than 450 mm from adjustacent wall flush fittings of 1200 mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to from 1200 x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm modules to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per insturction, complete all as specified and as directed.
