Repair / maintenance/ servicing/overhauling of DG Set including coupled alternator by replacing O-rings, Engine Oil, greasing and oilling of parts, checking of valve of nozzle, changing of Diesel Filter, Oil Filter, checking of unserviceable parts including replacement of unserviceable filters, Metering Belt, Fan Belt, Engine Oil, Feed Pump and other spares complete and assembling, re-commissioning and testing all as directed of following capacities :- Make of DG Set : Kirloskar / Cummins / Greaves, Note : Filter, Metering Belt, Fan Belt, Engine Oil, Feed Pump and other spares shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Dismantling/repair/ over hauling water pump assembly of DG set by replacing defective part like pump, shaft, impeller CI, mechanical seal, water set gaskit, hub for pulley, set screw, bearing grooves nuts, spacers and spring washer and metling /machine work if any and refixing after repair. of suitable capacity complete for following DG sets:-

M& L for disconnecting Fuel Injection Pump (FIP) of DG set of capacity 20 KVA to 320 KVA for servicing/calliberation from authorised service centre, and refitting after calliberation including replacement of injector nozzle, delivery valvs, gaskit, fuel pump gear, flange assembly, plunger, copper washer, adaptor, set both etc. as required to make the FIP serviceable. Note : Any additional Spare Parts required shall to be measured and paid seperately as Supply only under relevant Item.

Dismantling/taking down radiator assembly for repair/servicing of DG set of following capacity and carry out complete internal cleaning, brazzing to tubing and rectification of leakage and refitting including replacement of minor spare parts like inlet/outlet rubber hose with MS clamps, pipe for thermostate to radiator washer, nut, bolts all as specified and directed

M & L for cleaning the fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the dust / sediments etc for DG Set of capacity 20KVA to 320 KVA DG Set as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Re-schedule type Silencer including cutting removing of old Silencer, welding etc. and replacement of unserviceable spare parts such as pipe, bend and rain cap etc. complete assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for 20 KVA to 320 KVA DG Sets.

Repair/ servicing of self starter 12 volts DC complete with and including replacement burnt/UNSV spare parts, clutch assembly, carbon brush, solenoid switch, plunger, armature and refixing for DG set 20 KVA to 320 KVA

Dismantling/repair/over hauling of charging alternator of DG set having capacity of 20 to 320 KVA and replacement of UNSV/defective parts like carbon brushes, bearing, leaver, pulley, spacer, commutator assembly, armature, washer etc. and refitting after repair

Supply and fixing in replacement of diode and rectifier for alternator suitable for DG set 20 to 320 KVA all as specified and directed

Repair/maintenance/re-conditioning to DG set battery 12 volts/180 AH by by replacing the battery terminal , outer cell, battery plate,battery lead,distilled water electrode and charging upto 72 hour complete

Dismantling and opening of complete engine of DG set 20 KVA to 320 KVA for inspection and replacing necessary worn out / defectived Spare parts including grinding of head rocker, housing and head testing and commissioning for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : All defective parts will be measured and paid under respective items as supply only.

Supply and fix in replacement Battery leads set with thimble, PVC insulated multisranded, copper conductor 6 Sqmm not less than 1.5 mtr long each duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for 20 KVA DG Set to 320 KVA DG Set.

Supply and filling in sump / topping up Engine oil, multi grade 20w /40w in engine or replacement of engine oil. Make :- Indian oil/ Hindusthan petrolium / Castrol.

Supply and filling Corrosion Inhibitor for 30 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set as per sample
