Demolition of RCC as in columns, roof, floors, side walls etc (other than ground floors), beams, stair case, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceed 1.5 mtr in depth for trenches, foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing reinforcement, loose rust with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, diet etc, complete, providing and applying two coats (0.4 Kg/Sqm) of alkaline rust converting primer on the existing reinforced bar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs form corrosion resistant, insoluable and adherant protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement wire brushing to remove the rust spalls with time interval of 1 hour between the coats including all required scaffolding / ladders complete all as specified. Providing and application of zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforced bar corrosion protection system in 2 coats with time interval of minimum 6 hors ( of 0.4 kg/ Sqm approx) complete all as specified and directed. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2mm and bond strength > 1N/Sqmm according to ASTM C-882-78 including all required scaffolding/ ladders complete all as specified and directed.Make Asian Paints/ Sika/ Pidlite/ Fosroc

Providing, mixing & applying two components Epoxy resin concrete bonding coat having excellent water and alkali resistance as per manufacturer specification in consumption of 0.4Kg /sqm. The product should comply with ASTM C-881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C and bond strength should be minimum 10 MPa, including all required scaffolding/ ladders complete all as specified and directed. Make Asian Paints/ Sika/ Pidlite/ Fosroc

M & L for CRS bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape including binding with mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete as specified.

M & L for CRS bars 8mm dia and over, upto and including 10 mm dia as in strirrups complete as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions having square, rectangular or polygonal shape with rough finished surface of concrete.

Taking down decayed concrete cover/ cement plaster or concrete surface including charming and preparing the surface to remove the guiniting /plaster complete all as specified.

M & L for RCC M 30 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts. (Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately)

M & L for pressure guniting by machine on RCC wall, column floor etc in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (internal wall) in cement mortar in (1:4) to fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces , with water proofing compound finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified.

M & L for Brick work built in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class “B” burnt clay bricsk built in one brick thick with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m means radius complete all as specified..

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (external wall) in cement mortar in (1:6) with water proofing compound to fair faces/other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces , finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing material as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L for water proofing compound applying on new or old concrete surfaces (in RCC walls, columns and floor) area covered 1.5 to 2.0 kg/sqm one mm thick for two coats complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm bore cast iron spun vent pipes in any length with or without ears fixed with chemical cement joints fixed to top of slab for air ventilation complete all as specified.

S & F 100 mm dia cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (large bore measured) with oval access door.

S & F MS Angles or tees for cleats with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc, not exceeding 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.(Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under item No. 23 of BOQ.

S & F for channel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected bracing to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specifuied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet in tile profile sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

M & L for two coats of anti rusting paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to concrete foundation, footings , bases of columns, rafts and beams , sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar works , vertical or batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

M & L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation , footings , including rafts , foundation beams , plinth beams , bases for columns and basement slab etc all as specified and directed. (Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates , bends, coping, benching etc moulded or chamfered edges complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 15 cm, long and diameter of neck 10 mm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil/ loose soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

M & L for providing and fixing nozzles within the concrete mass, all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The process shall consist of :- 1. Drilling Holes : Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals 150 mm to 300 mm as per recommendation fo Engineer-in_Charge. 2. Cleaning of holes : Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. 3. Cutting of Packers/ Nozzles : Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Providing and injecting low viscosity epoxy grout Inject Grout having viscosity less than 300 cps into concrete through Rohibb Injector & nylon nipples of 12mm dia fixed into 14 mm dia drilled holes at 4-7 kg/ cm2 pressure and heavy flexural strength of 110-130 kg/ cm2 & bond strength of 80-100 kg/cm2. Grouting to be done in cracks till the nozzle refuses to accept the grout or it flows from the adjacent nozzle and removing the nipples & sealing it with non-shrink epoxy putty. Mix Viscosity:Less than 300 cps at 25ºC (Brookfield). Compressive strenth : Min 70 N/mm2 as per ASTM-D-695 Tensile Strength : Min 30 N/mm2 as per ASTM-D-638 Flexural Strength : Min 11 MPa Bond strenght : Min 8 MPs Setting time : shall be slow setting i.e. 240 min at ambient temperature. Providing and laying free flow, shrinkage compensated, high strength corrosion inhibiting micro concrete wherever required over bonding coat having for confining the concrete elements including all required scaffolding and shuttering / ladders complete all as specified. Wet mix density- Min 2297 Kg/cum, Compressive strength -Min 45 MPa after 28 days. Tensile strength- Min 2.5 MPa after 28 days, ECorr Reduction >70mV, Polarisation resistance- Increases by 5 times. Providing and repairing the damaged concrete portion/ Surface preparation with single component ready to use, repair mortar capable of applying 20mm average thick in single layer initially by hand and finishing with trowel, carefully compacting the same around the reinforced bars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface. Single component to be applied upto a thickness of 40mm and not more than that. Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair case railings and similar work including attached pillasters complete all as specified.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 grade design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, balast walls etc any thickness complete.

Dewatering and desludging from UG sump size (40mx40mx3m) by means of mechanical machines ( for sludge removal and with the help of pumping machines (for dewatering) and cleaning the sump and depositing the sludge and water outside MoD land complete all as specified.

Note:- (a) All Structural repair work shall be carried out by the Authorised Applicator of the Material Manufacturer and will be approved by GE before execution of work. (b) The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ. .
