M/L for Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , check & clean air cleaner , change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same ,drain the fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the u/s brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, including M&L for changing of V-belts, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load and record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure , oil temperature , coolant temperature, frequency , load current , battery charging , fuel consumption etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge for 500 KVA D G set ,and fire pump sets. Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of transporting of the radiator to the workshop and back and all incidental charges.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level) connected to GI strip 25mmx4mm means earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts,nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of MES schedule part -I ,earth lead connected to earth test point and to main switch board etc with and including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all arround earth plate PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm TMT bars 03 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of earth lead including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead if any required shall be measured separately under appropriate item of sch A.

M&L in repair water lavel indicator gage of over head tank, replacement of copper flote of size 200mm dia with 2mm thik flexible steel wire roop and replacement of lavel Scale painting of numbering, abd replacement of gage move pully with complete accessory all as directed

Development of existing bore well of any depth and in any position, of 150/200mm bore, with using suitable air compressor (having minimum 5.5 Kg /cm 2 pressure) to augment the yield to desire requirement of the bore well complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All necessary T&P and equipments required for flushing out / development of bore wells set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Lifting out of submersible pump set, column pipes and cable before flushing out and lowering down of submersible pump set, column pipes and cable will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch ‘A’ all as per specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing submersible pump set from supply line , dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity and in any position, alongwith existing column pipe 80/50mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well (approximately 50 mtr depth of pump set from GL) complete and lowering after repair with all accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) : Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing motor/pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. (ii) All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) Any item like Cable, column pipe & clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Note:The rates quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cost of MS sheet of size 300x300x300mm size 40x40x5mm & length 60cm and grouted in the ground with PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm grade stone aggregate of size 200mm x 200mm x 250mm including necessary earth work for marking the result and its purpose of use
