Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 10 sqm on plan by mechanical means and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan by mechanical means and exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by manual means not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for foundation, taking out/laying pipes in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by manual means exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth and getting out for foundation, taking out/laying pipes in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for taking out/laying pipes in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/demolished material to a distance out side MD land or at space / location as marked in site plan for dumping and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for spreading, levelling and punning dry river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches all as specified and as directed. Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured and paid.

CONCRETE WORK

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete, kerb stone 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) at the edges of interlocking tiles set in CM 1:4 over and including jointing with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 graded stone aggregate) in coping /benching and similar work rounded chamfered edges including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surfaces channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 75 mm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds,/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast RCC cover slab etc. of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in footing of columns, plinth beams, bases of columns etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

WOOD WORK/FORMWORK

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides of soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for flat rough finished concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of columns for rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of middle band and coping with rough finished concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND IRON WORK

Supply and fixing MS angle iron, flat iron, MC, ISMB, Gusset Plate or any other MS sections or any sheet of any thickness as in post, view cutter or similar work embedded in concrete including cutting, drilling, securing for bolts or riveting, welding fixed complete with or without connecting plate etc. confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, 25 mm dia and length of bolt exceeding 30 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bar 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel 1.25 mm thick, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded including bending mitered angles etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

ROOF COVERING WORK

Supply and fixing pre-painted perforated galvalume sheet aluminium zinc coated galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in view cutter / cladding to wall, fixed with 'J' or 'L' hooks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Perforated galvalume sheet shall have 20 mm dia hole @ 300 C/C. Rate for providing holes shall be deemed included in quoted rate

FLOOR FINISHES AND PAVING WORK

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor finished rough to receive finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawn, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of any size shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

PLASTERING AND POINTING WORK

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

WHITE WASHING, COLOUR WASHING AND DISTEMPERING WORK

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

PAINTING WORK

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

WATER SUPPLY, PLUMBING, DRAINS AND SANITARY APPLIANCES WORK

Supply and laying in trenches GI pipe light grade with fitting of size 100mm bore for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ISI marked Gun metal globe or Gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI pipe medium grade ISI marked with all necessary fittings laid in trenches/floor/wall of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying pipe ductile iron S/S class K9 nominal dia 100mm dia(6mm thick) confirming to IS 8329 and ISI marked having bituminous paint finish on external surfaces and cement mortar(OPC) lining inside suitable for push on joints complete all as specified and as directed. ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Taking out serviceable 11 KV XLPE UG cable of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core along with cable covers carefully from existing underground trench/duct /Pipe hard standing and shifting safely without causing any damage to the cable to a distance not more than 10 meter and relaying the cable along with serviceable cable covers in new location after testing all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured separately for taking down and relaying at new location. (ii) Unserviceable cable covers shall be property of contractor as per Schedule of credit. (iii) The sand for relaying shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out ACSR overhead conductor along with cross arms, insulators from existing street light poles of height 9 mtr and depositing in MES store by transporting to store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade suitable for earthed system of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing street light junction box with plastic body of size 225 x 295 x 122mm comprising of 4 nos busbar of suitable size having IP-66 class mounted on epoxy insulator along with suitable clamps etc. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing double compression cable glands stainless steel suitable for LT UG cable 4 Core 25sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthling complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI wire 4 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connection to earth test point and to main switch board etc. with and including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around earth plate, test point of phosphorous bronze / gun metal of size 75 mm 75 mm x25 mm, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 mmx 40 mmx 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING WORK

Dismantling LT Electric Pole of height 9mtr complete including necessary excavation, earth work, breaking of concrete and returning refilling in the excavated portion with dismantled concrete and soil all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling street light fitting along with brackets carefully from old poles and refixing the same on the new poles including provision of new bolts and nuts,PVC insulated, sheathed copper cable 3 core 1.5 sqmm from junction box to fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling expended metal, any thickness or mesh, weight nexc 4 Kg/Sqm, fixed with steel post complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts, embeded in concrete, brick work (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing fixed with RCC/MS Angle post of any type any condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
