Supply of Hot dip Galvanized Swaged type Steel Tubular pole of 9.0 mtr long with inbuilt junction box including cut-out, terminal etc for cable termination,base plate, pole cap & 1.5 mtr long swan neck as per specification IS : 410 SP 28 at work site of make BPP/Utkarsh Tubes and Pipes Ltd./Skipper Steel Ltd.

Erection of Single steel tubular pole in C.C foundation of size 600 mm x 600 x 150 mm including muffing (cylindrical shape) of size 450 mm x 450 mm above ground level with stone chips including cement plastering & neat finishing with supply of materials & labour. Fixing the pole arm with although nuts & bolts with pole cap. (PWD Schd. H-1 , Item 1 a )

Supply of PVC / SWA / PVC armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade to the work site of size 16 mm2 x 4core of make Polycab / KEI / Gloster/Havells ( Rate from Cable price list )

Laying of above cable after cutting the trench in all sorts of soil of size 460 mm x 760 mm average depth, with sand & brick protection (08 Nos. brick per meter, width wise) including back filling of shifted soil to restore the surface in original conditions. (PWD Schd. Page F-2, item 1a.)

Laying of above cable through Pipe/Pole etc. ( PWD Schd. Page F-1, Item 3a.)

Supply & laying of 50 mm dia, GI pipe (ISI - Medium) for protection of cable, road/drain crossing etc. ( PWD Schd. Page F-6 , Item 11 d.)

Supply & drawing of 1.5 sq.mm PVC single core multistrand copper wire from pole box to fittings through the pole & connection , testing complete of make Havells/ Mescab / Finolex./ KEI .

Finishing of PVC cable end with crimping method including supply & fixing of solderless socket, anti corrosive paste & jointing materials. Size of cable 16 sq.mm x 4 core. ( PWD Schd. Page F-5, Item 8 b xii)

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of outdoor type feeder pillar box made of 2 mm CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited and stove enamel painting , complete with rubber gasket, hinged door at least 800 x 450 x 200 mm in size projected top cover, suitable ventilation and MS iron frame work with adequate space for provision of WBSEDCL meter. The panel consisting with 63A FP MCB incoming, AStronomical time switch of make - L&T toggle switch, contractor of L&T make for automatic operation of street light system .

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick X 3.04 Mtrs long and 1 x 4 SWG GI ( Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtrs long),13 mm x 80 mm long GI nuts bolts with double washer including (Tata-Medium GI pipe) making digging of soil etc. complete. (PWD Schedule Page G-1, Item 2a.)

Treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal or coke. ( PWD SChd. Page G-2 , Item 3b.)

Pole & fittings earthing with 20 mm dia x 1.3 mt long solid GI earth spike and connection with lead wire 6 SWG GI. Wire.

Painting of steel tubular pole of lengths and no of coats of piant as given below with readey mixed paint of approved make & brand including preparation of surface by sand paper / emery paper ,cleaning etc. with 2 coat of alumunium paint over RO prima painting. (PWD Schd. Page H-2 Item 4 a.)

Supply, fixing, connection & testing of outdoor type Street light fittings of IP66, IK05 LED Integral type streetlight luminaire with system lumen > 18300 Max system wattage 175 W with pressure die cast aluminium housing, Luminaire should be operable with auto adjustable 140V-270V supply voltage with same driver and with 3 KVA Surge protection, LM 80 For LED Source & LM79 for Luminaire is mandatory, Confirming the lighting level as per A1 category road of IS 1944 with spacing (Similar to Cat no. BRP 335 LED 180 CW R5CFG PSU S1 V1 ) )of Philips make
