Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give and even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth. i) Primary coat
