M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of wall and applying one coat oil bound distemper with roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping / washing down with water and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, applying with roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for white cement based wall care putty not less than 1 mm thick on wall / ceiling new or old surfaces of any description finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of Plastic emulsion paint on wall and ceiling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of walls/slab projections by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots including washing down, with water and applying one coat of 100% antifungal acrylic emulsion paint in approved shade etc all as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting out cracks (not exceeding 5 mm) to V-section in existing wall / chajjas and cleaning out and filling up with Dr fixit crack seal including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of new / old walls, chajjas etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots washing down with water and freeing the surfaces from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungus, flakes etc and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint in approved shade over a coat of primer including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.
