Taking out old unsv panel any type and supply & fix Installing & testing and commissioning factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified) LT panel board indoor type, platform mounted including taking out old unsv, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar 200 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. M&L in repair to make Glow sign board of size 10 feet x 2.5 feet in aluminum channel (25mmx25mm) with white acrilic sheet 2mm thick in front portion for lighting and remaining portion with 22 gauge GI plain sheet fixing with 4 nos LED tube light complete with electric wiring. The glow sign board containing blue colour computerized reflected letters all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The glow sign board contained details and letter sizes to be as per sample given by Engr-in-Charge before making of sign board. (ii) Electric connection to be given from nearest existing panel with 1.5 Sqmm twin core flexible copper cable. (iii) Glow sign board to be made as per sample as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Self reflective sign board of size 1200mm X 900 mm, made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, fixed in stainless steel frame with appropriate size of nuts, bolts and washers, with green colour back ground and silver self reflected border and computerised self reflected letters on both side complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Stainless steel frame, nuts, bolts, washers, and letters rates to be included by the tenderer. (ii) Sign board to be made as per sample as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Excavation, PCC & Iron wk shall be paid extra under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth,for foundations,laying of pipes etc not exceeding 10sqm on plan for mamholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of burnt clay of fly ash building bricks, designnation 75 (Kg/cm2) laid flat in trenches for cable protection with wide equal to length of brick, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES schedule part-1 Note:-Sand shall be fine sand as specified for plastering.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic ,3 phase Star delta starter with enclosure suitable for motor upto 75HP capacity including connector & cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Single phase preventor for motor protection with by pass arrangements to run the motor in case of emergency with including taking out of unserviceable of any make and type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 100 Amps, 415V, 4 pole off Load changeover switch with sheet metal enclosure, side handle operated, 50 Hz, fixed to walls/ panels with suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, including taking out old unsv complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement 200 Amps, 415V, 4 pole off load changeover switch with sheet metal enclosure, side handle operated, 50 Hz, fixed to walls/ panels with suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, including taking out old unsv complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for assessing the repairs to be carried out to the motor of capacity above 22.5 HP upto 50 HP, 3 phase, 400/ 415 volts, 50 Hz of any size /shape and make. after dismantling and carrying out the neccessary repairs to motor by opening the electric motor carefully removing all burnt wire , cleaning the slots thoroughly and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing size including, PVC sleeve , insulation tape , mika paper, varnishing two coats, drying and reassembling the electric motor at site complete with testing for smooth running of the motor on full load for 08 hours continuously all as directed at site. Note: Payment of bearing shall be made separately as "supply only" under relevant items .

Supply only Thrust ball bearing No.6311 of existing make , suitable for vertical hellow shaft motor of capacity 50 HP , complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Thrust ball bearing No.6316 of existing make , suitable for vertical hellow shaft motor of capacity 50 HP , complete all as specified and directed

Renewal of ball bearing sheet suitable for motor of capacity 20 HP to 75 HP motor including lathe work as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lifting/Dismantling carefully turbine pump set bowl assembly of any make, capacity upto 50000 GPH complete with out damaging any parts of the pump and setting a side in pump house for ascertaining the serviceability of existing parts with the following :- (a) Thoroughly dismantling and cleaning of complete bowl assembly items such as CI bowls, impeller, lock collets, bowl bush, suction and discharge case with GM bush including pump shaft. (b) Cleaning of all rotary and stationary parts of pump bowl assembly and making them for their satisfactory run. (c) Re-assembling the complete bowl assembly pump with all existing serviceable parts and renew the worn out unserviceable parts including lathe work and balancing of assembly others small nature of indispensable items as required for repairing. Note :- Parts renewed shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'/BoQ at supplied only rates. Cost of labour for fixing of new parts shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted by tenderer.

Supply only Stainless steel non magnetic pump shaft 25 to 32 mm ( Make as per OEM ) dia suitable for 6 to 9 stage pumps (Bowl assembly) as directed .

Supply only Mild steel line shaft (bright) steel 25 to 32 mm dia 10 Ft long both ends threaded ( Make as per OEM ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Shaft coupling / sleeve of high carbon steel for interlinking of size 25 mm to 32 mm dia line shaft ( Make as per OEM ) complete all aspecified and directed.

Supply only Cast iron guide spider heavy duty with rubber bush and check nut suitable for 25 to 32 mm dia line shaft of 150 mm bore pipe ( Make as per OEM ) all aspecified and directed.

Supply only Rubber packing for discharge head upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified ( Make as per OEM ) complete all aspecified and directed.

Supply only Stainless Steel top shaft not exceeding 32 mm dia duly threaded both ends and made suitable slot for fixing the stainless steel key adjusting nut & lock, washer (Make as per OEM) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lowering of turbine pump set any type and capacity upto 50000 GPH re-assembling of all accessories and column pipe after cleaning manually including fixing of motor in existing position making all Electrical & water supply connections and adjustment of pump load etc and testing of pump and motor after installation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Labour for lifting of submersible pump along with flanged column pipe, submersible cable, safety rope etc from the existing bore well by using suitable T&P etc after disconnecting submersible cable from starter making necessary repairs by opening and renewal of parts as required including transportation to market and back for repair complete all as specified & directed for 20 HP to 30 HP capacity pump set. Note: Parts Renewed and rewinding of motor shall be measured and paid separately.
