Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit point wiring aluminium/ copper from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets, bell push, ceiling rose, pendants, holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface of wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1:3) or plaster of Paris and to match / finish new surface as per the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring on wall and ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- Note : Modular type point wiring will also be considered for same item except sunken box and hylem sheet cover.

One light /Fan/Bell point controlled by one switch 6/5 Amp one way single pole.

One 3 pin socket outlet 6/5 Amps controlled by one switch on the same board with other switches.

One 3 pin 6/5 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch independent board.

One 3 pin 6/5 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch independent board but below/ side the switch board of light point in same vertical / horzintal plane.

All as per item Srl item No 2 above but for one power point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable and 1.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable as continuous earth lead.

All as per item Srl item No 2 above but for one 3/5 pin 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch indep board but below/ side the switch board of light point in same vertical / Horzintal plane.

M&L for drawing the wire in existing conduit steel/PVC, concealed / surface ,complete with point wiring with FR PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of nominal area 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, along with one single run of same size and type of copper wire as continuous earth wire to common earth dolly in and sunken terminal boxes pressed MS/GI steel terminal boxes not less than 1.20 mm thick for mounting switch, socket etc including 3 mm thick Hylum brand sunmica laminated sheet cover with brass screws and cup washers with all accessories and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar (1:3) and matching surface with existing white/colour wash, oil bound or cement base paint etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed and suitable for the following: -

One light, fan, call bell point controlled by one switch

One socket point 6 Amps controlled by one switch on same board

One 5 Amp independent socket point controlled by one switch

All as per item Srl No 6 above but in exsiting concealed/surface PVC conduit for power point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable and 1.5 Sqmm PVC-FR insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable as continuous earth lead.

S&F in replacement PVC conduit by Non Metallic Rigid PVC conduit, ISI Marked, conforming to IS 9537, medium grade of size 25 mm dia including all fittings like bends, elbow reducer, junction boxes, tee bell mouth all fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles pipe hooks etc complete including Cutting & Chasing required on brick wall not exceeding 10 CM girth for concealed conduit wiring and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and distemper / colour wash etc to match with existing surfaces including facing / finishing complete all as specified and directed.
