To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work such as value not less than Rs.0.41 Lakhs

Income Tax PAN card and Income Tax returns filed for the Financial year2024-25 (Assessment year 2025-26)

Department A copy of the valid KPWD Class IV and Above Registration Certificate

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate- liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.0.24 lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

Valid GST Registration Certificate and Pan Card the specimen signature of Authorized person should be enclosed.
