Supplying and Replacement of aged/out lived/rusted/damaged existing street light poles, Feeder Pillar, cables and other accessories on 30/45/60 meter wide roads in Dwarka

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of HOT Dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 11 mtr height and made of 4 mm thick sheet, having bottom 200 mm OAF & top 100 mm OAF provided with welded base plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 20 mm thick with built in connector control box of 1 meter above the base plate complete with 250 mm wide 3 mm thick hot dip galvanised MS strip in octagonal shape welded permanenty around on window cover/junction box i/c providing L-hook just below the M.S. strip provided on juncion box/cover box of suitable projection from the pole shaft to prevent the movable junction/cover box going down to the base plate and making a suitable size of hole on above (300 mm approx) of junction /cover box to hold the junction/cover box during the maintenance i/c covering with MS cover arrangement the hole to prevent entry of rain water through it, complete as per drawing & technical specifications attached & providing following accessories with mounted inbuilt control box having flush cover with 2 nos. mounting strips with tapped holes on existing RCC foundation with bolt and nuts, making connections, interconnections with suitable size of copper wire with thimble/lugs in the connector box, earthing, marking/ numbering of pole etc. complete as per drawing & technical specifications attached including following accessories with mounted inbuilt control box. (a). 6mm thick phenolic laminated/Bakelite sheet inside the window mounted on the existing mounting strips inside the flush door. (b). 1 no. 63 Amp terminal block suitable for following conductor / cable, fixed on DIN channels i/c providing and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – on the existing phenolic laminated / Bakelite sheet. (i) 16 sq mm conductor – 2 nos. (incoming and outgoing looping) (ii) Terminal suitable for 6 SWG GI wire / 2.5 sq mm wire. (c). 6 Amp, SP MCB,10 KA, ‘C’ Series – 2 nos. or 3 nos. whichever asrequiredincluding mountings on DIN channel, Earth stud 2 Nos. welded at suitable height i/c washers, springs washers & nuts etc. (d) Suitable arrangement for saddling of incoming / outgoing cables. Note- Agency will remove existing LED lights from old poles/bracket & will refix the same on newly installed pole/bracket and nothing extra shall be paid to agency.

Supplying, replacement, testing and commissioning of HOT Dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 7 mtr height and made of 3 mm thick sheet, having bottom 135 mm OAF & top 70 mm OAF provided with welded base plate of size 225 mm x 225 mm x 16 mm thick inbuilt control box 1.0 mtr above the base plate, complete with 250mm wide 3 mm thick hot dip galvanised MS strip in octagonal shape welded permanenty around on window cover/junction box i/c providing L-hook in opposite side of control box just below the M.S. strip provided on juncion box/cover box of suitable projection from the pole shaft to prevent the movable junction/cover box going down to the base plate and making a suitable size of hole on above the L-hook (600 mm approx) to hold the junction/cover box during the maintenance i/c covering with MS cover arrangement the hole to prevent entry of rain water through it, complete as per drawing & technical specifications attached & providing following accessories with mounted inbuilt control box having flush cover with 2 nos. mounting strips with tapped holes on existing RCC foundation with bolt and nuts, making connections, interconnections with suitable size of copper wire with thimble/lugs in the connector box, earthing, marking/ numbering of pole etc. complete as per drawing &technical specifications attached including following accessories with mounted inbuilt control box. Providing and laying in position, M25 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) and 1800 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 12 mm dia. 1960 mm long (approx.) – atleast 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 10 mm dia. 2800 mm long (approx.)- atleast 10 Nos. (with 150 mm spacing) i/c supplying of 4 Nos. M-24 x 800 mm long (150 mm top threaded & whole galvanized portion) M.S foundation bolt (EN 8-grade) with 3 Nos. nuts and 2 Nos. washer, bolt along with 2 Nos. templates/Anchor plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 4 mm thick having 4 Nos. 24 mm dia. holes to match with PCD of poles base plate with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 75 mm (OD) 2 Nos. DWC pipe for cable entry/exit, plastering & painting the foundation above the ground level etc complete as required.

M-24 x 750 mm long (150 mm top threaded & whole galvanized portion) M.S foundation bolt (EN 8-grade) with 3 Nos. nuts and 2 Nos. washer, bolt along with 2 Nos. templates/Anchor plate of size 225 mm x 225 mm x 4 mm thick having 4 Nos. 24 mm dia. holes to match with PCD of poles base plate with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 63 mm (OD) 2 Nos. DWC pipe for cable entry/exit, plastering & painting the foundation above the ground level etc complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of floor mounted free standing type L.T. cubical service feeder pillar duly compartmentalized (outdoor type) made out of 2mm thick MS CRCA sheet with 4 nos. x 600 mm long legs made of M.S angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick along with frame & legs suitably grouted in foundation i/c connection inter connection of the accessories mounted there on with suitable size of copper wire/strip with thimble/lugs, earthing the body of the feeder pillar i/c supplying & fixing of the following items and as per technical specification enclosed. a) 63 amp , 30KA ,FPMCCB - 1 No (in comer). b) 20/32 Amp. Providing boring and laying of HDPE pipes (ISI marked) confirming to IS:4984 with pressure rating of 6kg/Sq.cm by trench less technology with no dig. method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road with boring equipment a) 120 mm (outer dia)

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 mtr. long X 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate, having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke & Salt as reqd.

Providing & Fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I Strip on surface on in recess for connection etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ centralverge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceablematerial to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in positionto the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or withoutgrooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not bemore than 5 mm), including making drainage opening whereverrequired etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Lengthof finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old curve stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Dismantling of old M.S. pole up to 11 mtr height i/c bracket embedded in brick ballast foundation etc. as required and credit for tha same i/c loading and carriage charges as required.
