Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, etc. as per MORD - 1500 Sr. no-6.4

Concrete with the 4 cm guage Brick Ballast, and Fine sand and Cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under flooring complete in all. Pwd S.I 275

First class Brick work in 1:4 Course & Fine sand Mortar in foundation and plinth includingall.required as pwd SI.N0 305(a)

R.C.C Work With Cement Approved Course Sand And 2 Cm .(3/4" Gauge Aproved Stone Ballast In The Proporation Of 1:2:4 For Beam And Column S.I No 285

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as rein-forced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastage & hooks and authorized overlapping as per S.I.No. 504

12 mm. Cement plaster in 1:4 with cement and coarse sand mortar in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level i/c internal rounded angles champhers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive.As Per SI No-584+(583-582)
