Disconnecting HT supply and taking out trolley of 11 KV VCB of any make and type and servicing of VCB, cleaning isolating contacts, moving parts, removing dust particles from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism tightening of nut & bolts of entire trolley components and replacement of all unserviceable spares as required and all as directed, inserting in trolley, testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Spares as required for replacement will be of the same company as per existing make or as recommended by the OEM (ii) Cost of spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape etc

M&L for spray painting of transformer preparation of old painted surfaces of steel body by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner outside of transformer indoor/outdoor type capacity 63 KVA to 160 KVA to match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 18 above here-in-before but capacity of 200 KVA to 315 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on old painted surface of HT panels by brushing/cleaning stains & grease spots with thinner and sand paper and painting the cleaned surface with synthetic enamel paint (Light grey) Shade No 631 or as approved by the Engr-in-charge to achieve good finish by applying two coats of paint by spray painting machine carefully after disconnection of power supply and covering the meters, indicators relays and switches to prevent from fall of paint drops on the panels including writing, number, letter etc with white paint on newly painted surfaces details as given by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying in trenches/through pipes under road, floor/on wall/on pole or any other indicated place & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3.0 Core 95 Sqmm including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Attending of 33/11 KV HT breakdown and finding the fault in transformers, VCBs, HT UG cables, CTs, PTs, lighting arrestor, insulator etc by highly skilled mechanic to replace any spares related breakdown complete all as specified and directed at site. (a) Spars will be paid separately under relative items.

Supply and fix in repair of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories complete suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of HT/LV coils of transformer by using proper size super enamelled copper wire suitable for working voltage 11 KV/0.433 KV including three layer insulated material as per existing size of core including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted. (iii) The rate for taking out, refixing after repair, both side transportation, lifting/unloading of voltage stabilizer/ isolation transformer by crane/manual should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

M&L for rewinding of existing 11/0.433 KV, HV/LV coils of tranaformer, removing unserviceable material, reinsulation with new insulated materials three layer complete and re-winding as per existing size of core of transformer including varnishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil (On line/off line) to achieve dielectric strength upto 60KV for EHV grade and upto 40 KV for HV grade, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing equipment required for dehydration to be arranged by the contractor.

Supply and filling, transformer oil EHV grade as per IS-335 of 1993 Part-II for top up/replacement as per direction by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 80 mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 (11 meter long) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Excavating in trenches nexc 1.5m wide and nexc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil nexc 1.5m wide and exc 1.50 m but nexc 3.0m in depth for foundation or shafts, wells cesspit, manholes, pier holes, cable laying, sewage/water lines etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as directed.

Supply and stringing in repair ACSR conductor of any size for HT/LT over head line including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

All as per item 39 but GI wire of 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stringing Over Head Line ACSR Conductor and earth wire of any size and type on LT poles including disconnection on Existing Lines by un-binding at Each Pin/Shackle Type Insulator, re-fixing the same after stretching Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement tap changer assembly of 11/0.433 KV transformer 500 to 750 KVA including replacing worn out connection sleeves, insulated plates, nut, bolts & washers and testing after replacement complete all as specified and directed.

The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc including taking down old unsv earthing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- (i)The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Disconnecting of defective transformer up to 630 KVA and lifting of transformer on vehicle and transportation to workshop/factory, after repair again lifting of transformer on vehicle and transportation from workshop/factory to AF Stn Chabua and reinstalled at site and testing, commissioning upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts/rewinding will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair of LED indication lamp for VCB control panel complete all as specified and directed at site.
