Labour for Repair/ maintenance of street lights/ yard lights/ high mast fitting/ luminaire of any size/ type fixed on poles/bldgs/tower including taking down as required at a height exc. 7m from the ground level including checking of incoming cable in junction box, securing, checking/securing outgoing from junction box to street light /security light in complete, dismantling all the defective components, checking its serviceability circuit board, driver units and carried out necessary minor repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections, replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same, replacing the fused lamps, burnt out wiring, ballast and igniter, capacitor and reassembling and fixing the fitting to original position complete, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed . Note : Replacement of fused wire is deemed to be included and other items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items, however securing wiring/ tapeing/refixing is deemed to be included in Job. Note: (a) Irrespective of fittings/ components replaced, the measurement shall be made for one pole as one unit. (b) Attending through necessary ladder arrangement on vehicle or ladders etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) Necessary tools /safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor. (d) Contractor is completely responsible for the safety of manpower employed by him.

Labour for Repair/ maintenance including cleaning of carbon,cutting and properly securing the connected cables to OH/AB cable for connecting cables to street lights/ yard lights/ high mast fitting/ luminaire from nearest poles/OH structure/panel height exc. 7m from the ground level including dismantling all the defective components, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Attending through necessary ladder arrangement on vehicle or ladders etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (b) Necessary liason with state electrical agency as directed by JE /AGE including tools/ladder/crane/ladder mounted vehicle etc safety eqpts like hand gloves/discharge tools/helmet/torch/gum boots and other safety equipments as per standard practice is to be deemed to be included and proovided by contractor. (c) Contractor is completely responsible for the safety of manpower employed by him (d) The scope include checking of interconnected cable including meaggering as directed..
