Repairing of skin casing of first pass & second pass of pent house and complete furnace sealing in pent house and Dog house area. Casting of refractory of penthouse where ever required after alignment/Correction of roof sealing tubes. Disposal of ash of penthouse.
Overhauling of firing system and replacement of coal compartment assemblies including SADC, Gun assembly, Igniters and Scanner guide pipe (Optional work). %Allocation is as follows: a). 10% for overhauling of Igniters, Guns, Scanner guide and SADC. b). 90%for 24 No Burner.
Repairing/Replacement works of wind box expansion bellow and SADC of each corner.
Overhauling of Soot Blower and APH blower.
Complete overhauling of all LRSB, 1Job= 6 Nos. LRSB.
Complete internal overhauling of Boiler Drum.
Servicing of safety valves (Drum, Super heater, HRH, CRH and ERV).
Servicing of MS1 & MS2, Economizer inlet valve, Feed control valves and other various types of valves (250mm to 350mm size valve).
Dismantling and casting of Refractory work in various places inside boiler.
Delay in scaffolding per day in the case of delay from UPRVUNL ends (optional work).
Repairing and reconditioning work of inspection window and man holes.
Repairing of damaged/bulged seal plate of Seal trough of Boiler.
Repairing and reconditioning of horizontal buck stay of Ist and 2nd pass by cutting/dismantling/welding of buck stay link and resetting of horizontal buck stay link with buck stays.
Repairing and reconditioning of vertical buck stay of First and second pass by cutting/dismantling/welding of buck stay link and resetting of vertical buck stay link with buck stays.
Welding of partition plate of burner compartment to wind box support trusses.
Removal of internal partition plate of Re-heater O/L, HRH Header.
Dismantling, Erection (Replacement of Existing Re-heater coil with new one) along with Testing and Commissioning (One job= 01 HRH penal & 01 CRH panel). (Depending upon availability of Re-heater panel)
Servicing/Replacement/Resetting of spring hangers, supports, Anchor and restraints of critical piping and ducts and resetting the spring hangers on cold set values of boiler side as per following scope of work Qty of hangers shall be limited to 60 hangers. Any deviation of addition shall be pro rata basis. (1job=60 hangers).
