Applying interior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surafce thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC. i) Solvent based interior grade Acrylic Primer ( One Coat )

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on wall sand ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer): i) Luxury Quality (Two coats)

Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :

i) On wood & Plasterl surface, Two coats (with any shade except white)

Supplying and fixing 3.5 mm thick (approx) veneer of approved quality over plywood (plywood measured separately aganst respective item) to partition, column encasing, table, cabinets and for other surfaces etc as per drawings and directions includingTwo or more coat polishing of approved shade with malamine finish. The rate should include adhesive (Fevicol) nail, screws etc and other as required hardware fittings & fixture for proper fixing complete in all respects as per drawing and direction with all labour and materials (Payment shall be made for finished surface area).

Decorative veneer

Decorative veneer with hi gloss PU polish

Supplying and fixing 1.00 mm thick decorative laminate of approved quality and shade fitted over plywood (plywood measured and paid separately in the respective items) to ) to partition wall, column encasing, furniture and for other surfaces as per the approved pattern and instructions. The rate should include the costs of approved adhesive (Fevicol), nail, screws etc for proper fixing as per design, drawing and direction complete in all respects with all labour and materials.

Supplying, fitting and fixing wire manager cap including cutting hole as required.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 300mm powder coated MS Telescopic channel.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 100 mm brass/SS handle.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 75mm brass/SS handle.

PARTITION WORKS - NON MODULAR

Wall Panelling / Half Height Partition

Supplying and fixing panelling to wall, column upto soffit of ceiling, beam and bulk head made of (MIN SIZE 37.5 x 37.5 x 2) mm aluminium hollow tube frame work for both horizontal and vertical members linked horizontally & vertically, top runner, bottom skirtring, end twin corner posts, complete as per drawing and direction with all labour & materials. Allow for cutting chase to walls, floors and ceiling and mending good damages to match with the adjacent surface. Frames are to be fitted to floor/masonry/RCC surface by means of approved metal expansion fastener. The outer face of the panelling is to be finished with decorative laminate/veneer over 8/9 mm thick PF bonded BWR & borer proof plywood with IS 303 mark.(laminate/veneer shall be paid separately)

The rate should include necessary approved quality hardware fittings and fixtures, adhesive etc required for the purpose and necessary arrangement shall be made to both vertical and horizontal members by cutting slots for drawingof raw power, UPS power, LAN connection, telephones etc and also making provision for fixing of power outlets switch etc. Special cover plates pierced for fittings of switch board should be fitted on the frame work.

Supplying and erecting full height partition I.e. upto soffit of the ceiling, beam, false ceiling, bulk head etc made of aluminium hollow tube (50 x 50 x 2) mm frame work for both vertical and horizontal members linked horizontally and vertically, top runners bottom skirting end trims, corner posts both horizontal as per drawing and direction with all labour and materials. Allow for cutting chase to wall, floors and mending good damages. Partition which are to be terminated at false ceiling level, the end & intermediate vertical members are to be extended upto ceiling/beam and frames are to be fitted properly by means of approved metal (Brass) expansion fastener.

Rate should include necessary hardware fittings and fixtures, adhesive, roof/height adjuster etc and arrangement shall be made to both vertical and horizontal members by cutting slots for drawing of raw power, UPS power, LAN connection, telephone etc and also making provisions for fixing of power outlets. Special cover plates, pierced for fittings of switch board should be fitted on the frame work as per drawing and direction. The rates should also include to cover the end trims by 75 mm x 25 mm (approx) Indian best quality moulded teak wood bead duly polished and malamine finish as per drawing and direction complete with all labour and materials.

Partitions made with 6 mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded BWR and borer proof plywood with IS 303 mark fitted on both sides of the frame work with groove design. All complete as per drawing and direction with all labour and materials.

Supplying, fitting and fixing up to 25mm CP Teak liping including polishing.

Providing and Fixing Vertical Bilnd/Dustguard of 100 mm with modern trend look as per approved make

Supplying 'Godrej' mortice lock chromium plated with keys 6 levers including handle, connected rods and keys consisting a complete set With chromium plated handle.

Supplying Fitting and Fixing of bubble free float glass of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 2835-1987. Including all fixing materials (putty etc.)

Partitions made with glass (single glazed) each glass being 12 mm thick clear/coloured toughened float glass of approved make fixed to aluminium frame with moulded best quality Indian teak wood beads duly polished and malamine finish of approved shade, all complete as per drawing and directions with all labour and materials.

Flooring

Supplying and laying true to line and level non skid jointless vitrified tiles of approved brand (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 10 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) and 2 mm thick cement slurry back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91Kg./sqM or using polymerised adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqM below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles / epoxy grout materials of approved make as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (White cement, synthetic adhesive and grout material to be supplied by the contrr]e) I

FLUSH DOOR

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be correted upto three decimals).

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. clamps for door andwindow frame made of flat bent bar, end bifurcated withnecessary screws etc. by cement concrete(1:2:4) as perdirection. (Cost of concrete will be paid separately)

Providing & fixing 35mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (PART-I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers of shutters with teak wood external lipping, vision panel with 4mm thick clear float glass (oppening size upto 0.1 sqm) surround with teak wood bidding complete with 3 nos 100mm long ISI marked stainless steel but hinges with necessary screws, with labours and materials.The rate should include for providing necessary approved quality locks, handles, all necessary fittings, door stopper, hydraulic door closure etc.

Both side laminate finish

Supplying, fitting and fixing approved quality rubber buffer block 30 mm dia and 40 mm long height including cost of approved screws or as directed complete with all labour and materials.

Supply & fiting of Hydraulic door closer of approved quality as per I.S.I. standard fitted and fixed complete.

FALSE CEILING

Providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid U-1520 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm / 600 mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall befixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The Main Runners to be placed @ 1200 mm. The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm X600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally forma grid of 600 mm X 600 mm. Grid of module size 600 mm X600 mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins / soffit. 15mm thick OW Acoustic Board (MineralFiber Acoustic Ceiling Tiles) of approved patern and size 595mm X 595mm with NRC value > 0.65 should be placed in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling. All complete as per the drawing & directions of Engineer-in-charge.In all floor.

a) Acoustic False Ceiling (with 15mm thick OW Acoustic Board and E-Grid U-1520).

Plastering and Finishing

15 mm thick (average) cement plaster l:6 (1 cement : 6 medium sand) to uneven surface, walls (risers or set back), inside of the masonry surface, beams & column flushed with brick wall including extra thickness of mortar due to inequalities of brick work & extra cement required for plastering to R.C. surface, raking out joints including the cost of chiselling the undulating surface of brick masonry or chipping out R.C surface where necessary complete in all respects as per specification including necessary scaffolding etc with all labour and materials to all floors.

10 mm thick (average) cement plaster l:4 (1 cement : 4 medium sand) to ceiling, soffits, and sides of chajja, projected slab, canopy, kerb, bands, fins, facia, aprons, exposed surface of beams, columns etc including forming coves to the junction of wall & chajja, drip course or throating at the face of projected members on external surface as may be directed including necessary scaffolding with all labour and materials (the rate should include the cost of chipping out R.C. surface) to all floors.

15 mm thick (average) cement plaster l:4 (1 cement : 4 medium sand) to external masonry surface, exposed concrete surface (both internal and external) including admixture of approved water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification (excluding cost of water proofing compound) and chipping out R.C.C surface properly to all floors as per direction complete with all labour and materials to all floors.

i) To wall, fins, facia, columns, beams, aprons, kerb etc and all other concrete surface in the building as directed.

Providing neat cement punning avg 1.5 mm th on plaster surface (plaster measured separately) smooth trowel finish complete with all labour and maerials.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.a) In ground floor including roof.finished quantity)

Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50 mm.thick by carefully chiselling without damaging thebase and removing rubbish as directed within alead of 75 m.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concreteworks, stacking serviceable materials at site andremoving rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m. In all floor including roof.

(a) upto 150 mm. thick

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking outjoints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and inany floor including removing rubbish within alead of 75m as directed.

Patch repairing to all types of floor tiles & cast in situ, IPS, etc (matching to adjacent floor including providing necessary materials, cleaning surface properly as per direction including curing complete with all labour and materials at all floors.

Providing & fixing in all Doors/windows/partitions/ ventilators etc with 6mm thick coloured/ clear toughened float glass including providing EPDM gasket, sealants as per drawing & directions will all labour & materials complete.

Do - with 12mm clear/colour toughened glass

Do - with 8mm colour opeque glass

Providing and fixing frosted film of approved make over glass surfaces as per drawing & direction with all labour & materials to the satisfaction of the Site Engineer.

Supply & installation of 18 gz stainless steel plate, name itching & engraving including colouring as per matter given all complete as per the stisfaction of engineer

Supplying and fixing manually operated vertical venetion blinds of approved brand on specified area.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (rates are including hold fast lugs or dash fastener upto 150 mm long).
