Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but including ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement conc in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar (1: 6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

-ditto- as per item No 03 above except Brick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work sub class 'B' bricks laid flat bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall as in boundary wall etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) of brick / concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying two of coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in surface channel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in–Charge.

M & L Machine pressed precast conc. interlocking paver block cosmic paver vlock (rectangulat/star etc.) (Red/yellow)any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and with pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (Set in cement mortar 1:4)( 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in kerbstone including apply two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a priming paint plaster coat chamfers weatherings , throating etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge.

M & L Providing Precast Cement Concrete M-25 (Nominal Mix )( 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in kerbstone have dimensions of 300x300x100mm constructed from high strength concrete M-35 .they incorporate 6 mm thick 040 grade acrylic sgeets in milky white for illumination ,emitting a red solar blinking light at 4000k.Powered by IP68 LED technology the kerbstone operate on solar energy ,providing a brightness of 60 lumens.solar panels will be attached individually to each kerbstone .installation involves a prepared PCC bed.the Kerbstone comply with IS code 5758 and IRC standard for road signage.additiuonal features include customizable color changing LEDs.Quality assurance includes water and impact testing,while maintenance emphasizes solar panel cleaniness and wiring integrity.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge.

S&F Precast M35 SFRC (brass coated Steel Fiber reinforced concrete)tile of size 1200x 600mm and 40mm thick to be casted in customised rubber mould using colored concrete made of UV resistant pigment and Minimun 5% content of steel Fiber.(1200mm x 600mm) Thickness : 40mm The cycle logo for light transmission is made by embedding 6mm thick acrylic milky white sheet(040 grade). The top surface is to be grinded and polished( withfinal coatof deeppenetration lithium silicate basedsealer. The rear side of acrylic is to be filled with extra clear transparent epoxy to enhance rigidity of embedded acrylic and seal the interfacejoint of acrylic and concrete. Waterproof LEDstrips(Osram /Ledvance) of grade IP68 and warm white Color tone (4000k) is to be fixed on waterproof & termite resistant board and placed 35mm beneath the SFRC tile for uniform light transmission. Duly primed and painted GI frame work to be pastedusingPUadhesive(Keralastic/ kerakol) onto the SFRC tile with sufficient support provided and with additional base frame for light board to be used. Dismantling of galvanised mild steel barbed wire of any description from fencing post (RCC/ Steel) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 ( (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub Bases complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments as in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape including cranking bending, and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, with RCC post 50 mm thick (measured solid), type B-0(1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded aggregate including all mould- ings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Dismantling wooden boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

S&F MS Flat iron for securing bolts post and strut in fencing including cutting drilling holes notching for wire etc. flat iron filet and similar work conforming to FE 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified

S&F mild steel screw bolts 12mm dia(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but n. exc. 15 cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.
