Note : Contractor may visit the site before quoting the bid).
M&L for Repair/complete overhauling of unserviceable WMA/SCADA system installed at solar Power plant by testing of all cables, servicing of WMA/SCADA System, disconnecting and reconnecting of cables after testing, replacement of unserviceable parts of any type and size, wires, terminals and other material required at site for making the WMA/SCADA system completely serviceable and functional complete all as specified and directed at site.
M&L for Repair of module mounting structure and providing SS Nut Bolts etc. for Structure made out of galvanised iron, equal angles, flat iron, gusset plate, complete including painting and math with existing finish all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in soft / loose soil for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of monitoring system to monitor the performance of the PV Module & inverter (Power arrray voltage, array current & AC parameters), energy yield temperature, irradiance level, humidity, Air Mass, wind velocity etc, and it could provide flexible interface to facilities PC based inverter monitioing and control via GPRS modem and internet/ethenet connection. This should have include web visulization system and data logger with integrated ethernet port.

Outsourcing the resources for monitoring, management and operation for 04 Nos Solar Power Plants located at Tagore Line (300KW capacity of solar power plant), Army Aviation unit (275KW capacity of solar power plant) Caleb Vihar at Jhansi (425KW capacity of solar power plant) and Nowgong (250 KW capacity of solar power plant) complete all as specified by deploying 01 Engineer (for all four site) (Minimum Diploma Holder) for supervision, attending and monitoring the breakedown and preventive mentenance and insure functiong of plant 100% complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A. The Engineer must have Diploma certificate in Electricals or Electronics, the Engineer also having experience in operation & maintenance of solar power plant, familiar with SCADA operating system, weathering monitoring system, HT/ LT Installation and secuirty and safety complete. Note: B. The rate if quoted is less than Rs. 35,000/- it will be taken as Rs. 35,000/- 1. Contractor shall adhere to maintenance activity as per Appx 'A' 2. The contractor shall insure to maintain minimum capacity utilisation factor (CUF) of 13% (or to be decided by accepting officer based on past record). 3. The contractor shall insure the plant availability upto 99%. 4. All spare parts required to make the solar plant functional except below items shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. 5. Servicing of all Solar equipments, HT & LT control system, Transformers weather monotoring equipments , SCADA system etc all as per OEM recomendation. 6. Engineer shall submit reports in hard copy format as required by the Engineer in Charge. 7. All stationery, T&P , minor items required to maintain the installations in a presentable manner and always keep in 100 % functionable condition are deemed to be included in the cost of quoted rate.
Outsourcing of services for manning, operation and maintenance of 04 Nos Solar Power Plants located at Tagore Line (300KW capacity of solar power plant) , Army Aviation unit (275KW capacity of solar power plant) Caleb Vihar at Jhansi (425KW capacity of solar power plant) and Nowgong (250 KW capacity of solar power plant) complete all as specified by deploying the fwg manpower for all as specified and as directed. Note:- The Electrician shall carry out the below described preventive maintenance and maintain proper log sheets of the works carried out. (a) Ensure functioning of solar power plant. & Clean the solar module with clean water (b) Checking ABT meter reading and recording in log book as per instruction given by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Safe, security of all E&M equipments, solar panels,T&P, Sub Stn complete. Note The rate if quoted is less than Rs. 2325/- it will be taken as Rs. 2325/- (Rs. 893.00 Per day per shift for Electrician and Rs. 760.00 Per day per shift for Mate. Plus ESIS, EPF and GST as applicable for item No 27.10 to 27.40).
(i) 425 KWp Solar Power Plant at Caleb Vihar by deploying 01 No Electrician and 01 No Mate electrician in each shift (01 shift in a day).
(ii) 300 KWp Solar Power Plant at Tagore line by deploying 01 No Electrician and 01 No Mate electrician in each shift (01 shift in a day).
(iii) 275 KWp Solar Power Plant at AAU by deploying 01 No Electrician and 01 No Mate electrician in each shift (01 shift in a day).
(iv) 250 KWp Soplar Power Plant at Nowgong by deploying 01 No Electrician and 01 No Mate electrician in each shift (01 shift in a day).
