Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick (measured solid) providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar ( 1:4), , including all mouldings including frame ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of chajjas and brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparationof new plaster wall surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping cills, plinth courses string courses, bed plates, Kerbs etc with & including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for Surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface,complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 CM inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms moulds mitered/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving nexc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia in stirrups, binders, spacers etc, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm dia mild steel round bars as line bars for fixing chain link fencing, conforming to FE 410 W( Gde-E-250) quality or FE 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface (Soft/loose soil),complete as specified and as diredted.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in natural ground.complete as specified and as diredted.

All as per item no. 21 above but embeded in concrete ground and including taking out embeded portion and making good distyrbed surface ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel angle/flat iron supports for posts/strut for securing barbed/chain link fencing any description including drilling holes, notching for wire etc , conforming to FE 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut diameter of neck in 10mm and 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any meshsize or type.complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing of chain link fence will e measured and paid separately. (ii) Note: Weight of chain link fencing shall be asertain through Board of Officers.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire.complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chain link fencing will be paid separately.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width of girth not other wise described complete as specified and as diredted.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade quality on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaced by brooming down and brushing with steel wire brush and applying two coat of white wash on walls including cornices complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n. exc 250Sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n. exc 100Sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includig, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured),complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includig, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured),complete all as specified and directed.

Re-starining, re-ecuring incl making good staples etc incl all arrangements to existing Galvanised barbed wire and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
