Drilling, Reaming & Laying of 33 KV, 1x630sq.mm UG cable using 160mm dia HDPE pipe by Trenhcless Technology Method at a depth of about 1.50 meters or more by using directional drilling unit equipped with automated pipe handing system (Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine). Using bentonite mud mixing system and all necessary accessories using pulling the cable carefully without damaging other service like telephone, internet cables, water pipes etc., installation including cost of pipe, hire charges for all the accessories and equipment etc.,Taking the necessary drive pit for drilling & laying the cable, remove the excavated earth. The rate quoted for including the charge of GPR (Ground Penetrating radar) survey for identify the existing utility in the proposed bore path and cost of making entry pit & exit pit for every 250m minimum intervals and cost of HDPE pipe

Providing M.S.barricade, 1.5m height using M.S.sheet 4mm thick, M.S.angle 50x50x8mm, Base channel 100x50 including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour and erection, shifting to a new location after completing the works, Tools & Plants etc., complete.

Transporting of 33kv cable drums including cost of loading at stores,unloading of 33 KV cable drums each weighingapproximately 7T in lorries using truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading including cost of labour required, etc.,(3 drums at a time)

Transporting of 33 KV empty drums loading at site, and devolution of empty 33KV steel cable drum each weighing 1 to 1.5T from various work site (2drums at a time) and balance cables if any to departmental stores

Providing watch and ward (unskilled) at site as instructed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Bailing out water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc., complete.

Casting & placing of RCC offset slab (cable route indication slab)of size 750x750x60 mm casting in RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement, piling, shuttering, curing, transport from casting yard to various locations & fixing the slab along 33KV cable route as directed by site Engineer at site with PCC 1:3:6 including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc including 2 coats of flourescent painting. Supply and laying of 250mm dia MS pipe with inside lining and outside coating and anti rust painting etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Laying of 250mm MS pipe by Horizontal Directional Drilling method. This includes construction of suitable size of driving pit, receiving pit and construction of RCC thrust wall/bed including earthwork excavation in all types of soil including SDR, hard rock and other civil works including shoring, strutting and shuttering complete and lowering of MS encasing pipe into driving pit by using contractor crane machineries and jointing the MS pipe by electric welding and laying the encasing MS pipe across the raailway line/National Highways/State Highways/Canal crossing etc., by HDD(Trenchless technology method) upto receiving pit including cost of hire charges for machineries such as cranes, jacks and jacking materials.

Supply and inserting of 110mm dia PVC pipe for laying the cable inside the 250mm dia encasing pipe
