Amount

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre depth for laying of UG cable/pole foundation etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed by Engr in Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filtration of the existing transformer oil by Dehydration plant to achieve di-electric strength of 60 KV at the gap of 4mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Notes :- Dehydration plant shall be brought at site by the contractor and shall also include the following provisions :- a) Testing of transformer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. b) The Unit of payment under this item shall be per liter of oil meant for all processes to the entire completion of jobs. (c) Contractor will maintain a register of dehydration and filtration of each and every eqpt as per format given by Engr-in-charge and submit the same to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling mineral grad transformer oil EHV type conforming to IS-335 of 1983 for topping up or replacement in different existing transformers outdoor/indoors type of any capacity located and installed at different places and different height complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Make- Power oil/ Savita/ Apar/ Transpower Note: - The entire quantity of transformer oil shall be procured in one go. The complete material shall be brought at site and then as per requirement oil should be shifted to site. Cost of this aspect deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Supply and replacement of dehydrating agents (Silca gel) in transformers of capacity upto 1000KVA transformer outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and replacement of LT bushing (Brass stud and bolts with porcelian insulator) suitable size to fixed the transformer capacity range 100 to 1000 KVA including replacement of gasket , cable glands, etc to make the transformer leak proof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per item ser No 07 above but HT Bushing suitable for 100 KVA to 1000 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of aluminium lugs duly crimped at end termination of Transformer/ LT distribution panel connected with various sizes of LT cable including all allied works such as disconnecting cable from supply site, removing from gland, making equal length of each core of cable and refixing the same with new metal gland all as specified and directed. (Note :- Each job includes the 04 Nos aluminium lugs at one end termination, insulating material and 01 No metal gland etc)

Taking down the existing servicable incoming and out going HT/LT UG cable of any type/ description with all connections from panel/transformer/GOD etc near 2/4/6/8 pole structure and relocate and reconnections with necessary excavation of soils and replacement of cable lugs, bolts and nuts etc complete all as specifified and directed.

Supply and Fixing chain link MS galvanised fencing of 5 mm thick GI line wires, 65 x 65 mm mesh and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable & perished panel board doors/ body from the panel board replace with same size made out of CRCA sheet of 3.00 mm thick duly fabricated welded the door hinges and having proper locking arrangement to the existing LT panel doors by means of replacing the door hinges, nuts bolts & washers etc and making doors operatable in and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray painting match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- T&P as required shall be arranged by the contractor such as welding machine etc.)

M & L for painting of feeder pillar/ out door LT panels/DG sets at various places including scraping rusts, cleaning of duct and preparing old surfaces and paint applying of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over the surface of panel board with spray painting complete all as specified and directed.

The spares required for the item shall be paid and measured separately under relevant items and cost of fixing shall be deemed to be included in this item)

Labour only for tree branch cutting of high rise trees, overhanging/interferences to the Two/Four Pole Structure GODs, HT / LT Lines etc (size of tree girth/ branch approx not exc. 50mm) without damages to the Two/Four Pole Structure/GODs/Transformer etc including thrown away the same alteast 100 Mtr away from the Sub Stn Yard complete all as directed. (Note for Ser. Item No. 40 to 42 below : (i) Each span between pole to pole shall be measured as one Job. (ii) Suitable arrangement i.e ladder, scaffolding or any other working platform required for climbing on high rise trees for carryout said work is the responsibility of vendor/contractor and the rates are deemed to be included in this quoted rate (iii) Necessary safety measures shall be deemed to quoted rates)
