Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat: 13.50.4 With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)

Providing laying and jointing 160mm dia Foam Core PVC pipes for rainwater collection and disposal of over flow including necessary fittings.

Fitting and fixing precast 600x450mm size heavy duty RCC chamber cover with frame of approved quality over the brick masonry chambers in rain water harvesting line

Providing and installaing artistic 'GATEWAY' over both entrances of Assam Bhawan at Vashi, navi Mumbai with Planning & Designing the structure in conformity to Traditional Features of Herritage structure in Assam using TENSILE FABRIC roof cover tubular steel structure fabricated as per design and erected over RCC structure with necessary anchorages complete with all architrave, decoratives and craft work, illuminations etc. and painting two coats over a coat of primer on steel work.

Converting manually operational sliding gate at main entrance of Assam Bhawan to electro mechanical auiomation system after removing the gate, replacing the existing 32mm ms solid rail by 32mm dia stainless steel rail as required for sutomation, providing necessary mechanism for automation, reinstalling the gate, complete with all necessary civil work in dismantling & refinmishing, electrical work including providing additional supports for strengthening the safety system of the gate.

Carting away debris & dismantled materials and disposal of to authorized location of local authority.
