Providing P.C.C.M - 150 in nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing P.C.C. M - 75 with nominal mix of (1:4:8) in foundation with approved quality of stone metal grade-III( 50 mm to 25 mm size) clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15 mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 12 mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Supplying of NP2 RCC Hume pipe with collar as per I.S.S 458-1971 150 mm dia.

Labour for laying , fitting and fixing NP2 R.C.C spun pipe with collars in lines, levels and grade and providing approved jointing materials and properly filled to make them leak, proof including providing sight rails, bonning rod, night guard, Red light and barrier etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/l. 150 mm dia RCC spun pipe. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm)

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill gate with M.S. grills made of 20 x 6 mm M.S. flats or 16 mm M.S. square bars fitted on 25 x 25 x 20 x 6 mm M.S. Angle frame as per apporoved design and drawing properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I, (when steel is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing and fixing fan hook of 16 mm dia M.S. bar 1 metre long bent to required size and shape, placed in position and fixed in R.C.C. slab/beam at the time of casting all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where material is not supplied by deptt.)

Water proofing for old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory designed, ready to use, acrylic modified flextble material brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating per manufacturer Specifications with following steps :-(a)surface preparation .-Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing (loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage leakage. On identification of seepage cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt.L.td.) MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixiti/ Fosroc or equivallent. Providing and reparing of all Corner and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with 150Mrn X 150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic pc?' lymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK

Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent.,Befor 'Chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar-including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete. (b)lst Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitiot.is material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet.Wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller . After 1st coat of application , 45 gsm of Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat shOUld be applied @1.50 kg/Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurer-11609-1'e entire treated surface will be measured." (c) 2nd Coat :-To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified read to use, flexible cementtiOus material right angle to the 1st. coat over the glass fibre laid surface: 2nd coat-,should be applied @ 0.7 Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." After three days of drying the 2nd coat , the rain water outlets to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to be done as per satisfaction of E/C. Covering of treated surface with PCC :- Providing 25 mm thick Cement Concrete M20(1:1.5:3) maintaining slope in alternate 2 mt x 2 mt panels with aaproved quality of stone chips of 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and cleaned sand of F.M 2.5 to 3 including screening,shuttering,and mixing cement concrete in mixer with admixture of integral water proofing and placing in position, striking, curing, taxex and royality all complete as per building specifiction and direction of E/I. Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing two coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a primer coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper applying putty wherever required scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over new wooden surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dirt, scales, smokes, grease and sand papering, including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specfication and direction of E/l.
