Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable Ammeter of any description and in any position and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of new digital Ammeter of size 96mmX96mm of range suitable for panel of 11 kV HT VCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable Volt-meter of any description and in any position and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of new digital Voltmeter of size 96mmX96mm of range suitable for panel of 11 KV HT VCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out non-functional VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, 800 Amps dismantling/opening of the VCB for servicing/overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning and servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts, etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: - The quoted rate is deemed to include replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ as "supply only")

Supply only following spare parts for 11 kV VCB 800 Amps capacity (of make Crompton Greaves) conforming to the respective cat part as existing : Note (i) Fixing and testing element of following item is deemed to be included under BOQ item No 3.00 here-in-before. (ii) Quantity of under mentioned items is tentative and contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantity or non execution of any of the item.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any position and supply, installation, commissioning and testing of cast resin type 11 kV current transformer having ratio of 300+150\5+5 A having protection core class 5P 10, burden of 15 VA and metering core class 1.0 and burden of 15 VA breaking capacity of 13.1 KV for 1.0 second all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any position and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of cast resin type 11 kV current transformer having ratio of 200+100/5+5 A having protection core class 5P10, burden of 15 VA and metering core class 1.0 and burden of 15 VA breaking capacity of 13.1 KV for 1.0 second all as specified and directed.

Decarbonising\cleaning complete HT 11 KV 3 Phase busbar chamber of HT panel electrical connection rods complete HT VCB switch gear arrangement incoming and outgoing breaker after removing complete monoplast putty cleaning with CTC solution and ensure proper decarbonising refixing the same after applying beacon (red) insulating compound to the spout checking all connections tightening the nut and bolts washers of incoming and out going connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : The rate is inclusive for replacement of worn-out bolts nuts & washers, lugs, glands, etc.

Testing of Numerical braker protections relay of various make of 11kV after dismantling of wiring and reassembling /refixing of the same complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of current transformer of various make of 11KV/33 KV, relay reassembling /refixing of the same complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of Auxiliary relay of various make of 11/33KV, relay reassembling /refixing of the same panels all as specified and directed

Dismantling and Taking out old Numerical relay wiring of any type and any description and replace wiring with 2.5 sq mm wire, wring materials, lugs, ferrules and cable tie and testing of Auxiliary relay of various make of 33/11KV panels all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of inter panel wiring, testing and checking of AC/DC supply and checking of Auxiliary relay of various make of 11/33 KV panels and reassembling/refixing and testing of the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of floor mounted indoor/outdoor type VCBs/RMUs/Control panels of any capacity/type by cleaning/rubbing with course cloth wire brushes to remove dust, deposits oil grease and painting with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) complete including SM No./MES No/Area feeded written on PVC flex rectangular board in the existing style/pattern/colour complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The quoted rate shall include cost of HT insulatiuon tape, Stainless steel nut, bolts and washers, use of CRC spray as per direction and requiremnet, cotton waste for cleaning purpose and other minor materials as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
