Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering complete all as specified

M & L for 40mm thik brick tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:3 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but except tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof finished and laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of parapet and or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge incl troweling slightly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed of as per manufacturer instruction. (water proofing compound shall be as per approved by GE)

Material and labour for 3mm thick superior Atactic poly propylene modified polymeric membrane waterproofing treatment of weight not less than 3.0 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron high Molecular-High Density polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers. The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Litre per sqm. The overlaps between super multi polyplus are minimum 10cm seam in width/lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer’s directions.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces over APP membrance complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing in CM 1:3 to brick tiles laid flat in roof or paving including raking out joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing steel 15 mm tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and fixing, 15 mm galvanised iron tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall or laid in floor incl testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

Refixing only old steel tubing in new or old position (wall/ceiling/floors etc) including new fittings 15 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down existing steel 20 mm tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and fixing, 20 mm galvanised iron tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall or laid in floor incl testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only old steel tubing in new or old position (wall/ceiling/floors etc) including new fittings 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of water tanks (PVC/RCC of any description) exc 250 ltr and n.exc 500 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

S&F, 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank double layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting existing water tanks of any size and capacity 500 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of water tanks (PVC/RCC of any description) exc 500 ltr and n.exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

S&F, 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank double layer(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks any size and capacity 1000 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minium weight 210 gms ), complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair 20mm dia Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc by necessary preparation, scrapping, cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surface of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete (1:1:5:3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with welded mesh (if reqd) of weight exc 2 kg per sqm but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 5 sqm each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm including necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surface at any hight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note : Welded mesh measured and paid seperately)

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed
