Dismantling any type of fencing wire mesh, barbed wire any type and any size Note : The unit rate quoted is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass/ trimming down shurbs/ branches/ small trees with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from fencing post to outside MD land

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) any type of soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete.

Cement concrete type B-2, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate type C1) as in foundation of fencing post, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC in foundation filling and mass concrete type D-2, 1:4:8, using 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including removal of existing plaster and removal of debris all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

Supply Only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Dr. Fixit Pidi Proof and equivalent.

Applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 1050mm dia (dia of coil with unstreched) and streched for a length of 6mm while fixing and fixed to angle iron with 3.15mm dia GI wire, including dismanting existing one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Weight of coil with 50 Turns and 129 nombers clip (15.2 Kg)

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Providing type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) , precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joint' as directed) setting in mortar in cm 1:4 complete, in walls including dismantling existing one.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10mm including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, complete all as specified and as directed..

Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete.

Dismantling concertina coil of 1050 mm dia of any any description and refixing the same in boundry wall all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and re-fixing barbed wire of any description straining and fixing to any type of standrard rails including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire ,stapple or steel pins as directed

Broken glass coping on top of walls by fixing glass in CM 1:3

Note for item No 17 : The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for following :- (a) 25mm layer of cement mortar glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surfaxce, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting.

(b) Taking down existing glass from coping.

(c) Scaffolding for execution of work and protective measures should be taken.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in of any description and in any position and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured)

Straining and fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc inclunding provision 10mm dia MS bars as line wire welded to fencing posts and MS flat iron for fixing fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link mesh and made of galvanised wire and shall confirm to IS 2712.2003 and having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS 4826 including line wires/ binding wire etc fixed to any type of standards posts complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of chain link fencing to be assesed by BOO order by the GE prior to execution.

Supply only 10mm dia round bars, cut to length ,hooking ends as in wooven/ straining bar(stiches through chain link fencing between post)

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with fly ash’ bricks using with modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 , complete all as specified and as directed

Fly ash Brick work obtained from demolition of brick work on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for all as directed

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete

High strength corrosion resistant deformed TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500, 6 mm dia to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

High strength corrosion resistant deformed TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500, 5 mm dia to 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips in stirrups , spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 as in louvres and jallies, 45mm thick (measured solid), including all .mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete or ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering and Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or stone or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Anodised aluminium frame powder coated for doors,windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by user including dismantling existing one complete all as directed

9mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to aluminium frame including dismantling existing one complete all as directed all as directed.

4mm thick colour tinted float glass and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.5sqm in each pane all as directed.

Aluminium body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed including taking down all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue anodized with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor overall 140mm.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil

Note : A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

75mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in Plinth protection/ Path including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including demolition of existing concrete and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, angles etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of static water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint, will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e ) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

Granite work (of any type) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished including round edge) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Renewing cement concrete tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. Including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as directed. Note : The rate included for cutting out broken tiles, removing and cleaning loose tiles, preparing bed removing rubbish, roming and replaing old with new tiles to match, complete with all cuttings etc, that may be required. New tiles required is deemed to be included all as directed. The unit rate is also including necessary beding in cement mortor.

Bullnosed chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in treads and cut and polished using grey cement and pigments over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor fnishes in cement mortar (1:4) including taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of tiles must be submitted for approval by the concered authority prior to installation

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dados and risers of steps and cut and polished using grey cement and pigments over back coat of mortar 10mm thick for laying floor fnishes in cement mortar (1:3) including taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of tiles must be submitted for approval by the concered authority prior to installation

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km and not exceeding 5.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
