Scope to be covered :- 1. Internal roads of ranneywells should be made up of suitable mix design (CC) with kerb stones on both sides with proper filling and compaction. 2. Boundary Wall should be designed with proper foundation, Footing Beam, Plinth Beam , minimum centre to centre distance b/w columns is 3 mtr, minimum height of Boundary wall is 3 mtr above plinth level with proper toping , M.S angle (40x40x6 mm) and Concertina wire (600 mm dia) . 3. CP Plus CCTV HD coloured night vision cameras 10 no. includes 43’’ inch HD Display , power backup and 1 No. 360 degree Dome camera with 11 mtr. Pole fitting with proper foundation with HD night vision. 4. Gantry machine should be mechanically operated with proper design. 5. Flooring of staff quarter and guard room should be done with ceramic floor tiles with modern insanitary fittings. 6. Flooring of Field office should be done with Granite marble with complete office furniture with modern insanitary fittings. 7. Flooring of Ranneywells ,HT room and DG room done with kota stone. 8. Transformer platform should be covered with transformer Stainless steel grills minimum height of 1.5 mtr. 9. Horticulture and land scaping includes Hedge along with kerb stones on both sides , ground covered with Mexican grass turf and Bottle palm (height 150 cm) along with boundary wall at a distance of 3 mtr. With combination of Ashoka and Ficus. 10. Ranneywell Dome should be designed and constructed in proper mix design. 11. Plinth protection of all civil structures should be done with proper toe wall and minimum width of toping is 0.9 mtr. 12. Wall fans on each and every VT pumps should be fixed and ranneywell design should also include casement windows with exhaust fans. 13. Inspection Platform inside the well should be covered with Stainless steel railings , Stainless steel ladder and 8 No. Havells 200 W flood lights. 14. All sides of H.T room, D.G room , staff quarter and Field office covered with Terracotta Tiles. 15. Electromagnetic flow meters should be fixed at both ends (Outlet of Ranneywells and Inlet of MBS). 16. Top of Plinth of all structures should be above HFL of particular area..
Operation and maintenance for the complete scope of work mentioned in the DNIT for a period of 12 months during defect liability period after 3 months successful trial run period (will be charged to the A/Mtc. Estimate).
