Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins ,arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in 1:6 cement mortar on straight or curved on plan exc 6 m , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (internal) in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall putty 3 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemper and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of 2 to 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer of CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (first quality) of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm as in vertical surface, dado/skirting, over and including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick Vitrified Ceramic tiles, Light shade, (square/rectangle) Polished area of each tile n exc 0.42 sqm, in floor in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over and including 15mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as a sub base finished even and smooth, complete all as specifed and directed

Taking down chowkat with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Taking down chowkat with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc. 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Pressed steel door frame of size 125 mm x 60 mm with one or more rebates using 1.25 mm thick PBI sheet including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick second class hard wood, factory made, plain, framed, panelled shutters (two numbers of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercials ply or 12 mm veneered particle board on both faces. The size of rails and size as per IS:1003 (Part-I), Kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick second class hard wood, factory made, glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Size of memebers of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) for doors, complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of previously painted wooden surfaces any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Box type steel window side hung double shutters with provision for desert coller/AC (Inside for wire mesh & outside for glass), including guard bar hinges, steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay complete with glazing bar dovetailed for welded and fixed steel window shall be conforming to relevant IS complete all as shown on drawing No CEUZ/TD/1302/09, Sh 1/3 to 3/3 including taking down of existing steel windows, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wire mesh and sheet glass shall be measured and paid separately.

Box type Steel ventilators top hung double shutters (inside for wire mesh & out side for glass), including hinges, steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay complete with glazing bar dovetailed or welded.Steel window shall be conforming to relevant IS, complete all as specified and directed. S & F 3.00 mm thick Sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty and pin(steel spring for fixing glass) in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm ,ade pit pf 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick (style) Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing (mirror finish) (each stone not less than 55 cms x 55 cms) over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) as in floor finished rough including roughening of existing surfaces by pick axicess and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 kg/Sqm of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm dia aluminium anodized deproy rod poweder coated teat wood textured finished and wall thickness 1 mm complete designed and appterned as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.
