Supply only aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm including replacement of insulating blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm as continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only UPVC Pipe dia 32 mm including elbow requirement as per site fixing with wall from ground level to Roof all as specified and directed,

Supply and fixing Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing conventional type five spike pointed solid copper lightening arrestor 16 mm dia and 1000 mm long including welded base plate and fixing four nos nuts, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75x 25mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper strip 25 x 4 mm in pole/ building lightening arrestor in any height and position including replacement of insulating blocks, copper nuts, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs of earth pit of earthing including replacement of broken RCC cover by new 50 mm thick pre cast RCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for testing of earth resistance of existing earth pit as and when required using earth resistance testing equipments as directed by the GE and producing the test result for recording purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Testing of each earth pit shall be measured as one unit. (ii) All test result to be entered into a register properly bound and covered and to be submitted to the Engr-In-Charge duly sign by user rep. (iii) For the purpose of testing, contractor shall arranged the all necessary equipments and apparatus/ instruments at his own cost without any extra claim. (iv) Earthing site will be provided after three months interval of CA currancy period and test report will be submitted before submitting the RAR by the contractor.

M&L for testing of lightning conductor for its continuity separately of each test point to using megger and other necessary tools, plants and equipments including rectification of the discontinuity complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Before testing the continuty of the lightening conductor disconnect all the conductor from test point. (ii)Testing of each point shall be measured as one unit. (iii) All test result to be entered into a register properly bound and covered and to be submitted to the Engr-In-Charge duly sign by user rep. (iv) For the purpose of testing, contractor shall arranged the all necessary equipments and apparatus/ instruments at his own cost without any extra claim. (iv) Earthing site will be provided after three months interval of CA currancy period and test report will be submitted before submitting the RAR by the contractor.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including watering GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade, 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm including 8mm dia TMT bars both ways @ 15cm centre to centre with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel & wire mesh, excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete including dismantling existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs of PCC block size 300x200x150 mm use (1:2:4) type B1 with two coats synthetic enamel paint (Brown) first quality including replacement of insulator mounted on it complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 (11.0 meter long) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation/base shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ.

Supply and fixing in repair LED aviation obstruction light (singe) type 4/6 watt IP 65 on high mast pole/water tank/high rising building/pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED aviation obstruction light (Double) type 2X4/6 watt IP 65 on high mast pole/water tank/high rising building/pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pole mounted SMC junction box/bus bar chamber for loop IN/OUT connection of street light cable of size 295x195x100 mm high heat distoration temperature, non-fusing , shockproff, rustproof, 100 % weatherproof, fire retardant- class FV-O as per IS 11731 Part-II and suitable locking arragement with three phase and neutral aluminium busbar of size 20X3 mm of length 170 mm wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code, MCB DIn rail channel for mouting of one no MCB SP and provision of making holes with GI nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar and fixed on pole steel/PCC with suitable two nos flat iron clamp 25x4 mm with nuts and bolts (duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer) and dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex , Cat No: GSJB3020 or equivalent model as listed in list of make.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes of size 63 mm outer dia and 50mm inner dia made of high density polythyline (HDPE) conforming to IS 16205 (Part-24) in place of old Bricks including all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and directed. (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A' part).

Supply and fixing in repair of Sign board made of 3 mm bakelite sheet white colour including cutting the bakelite sheet and fixing and printing, cutting PVC Base 5 mm thick self adhesive blue colour Vinyl instant drying and water resistant with a smooth matte finish sheet over bakelite sheet as per size of letter, drawing, picture as required size complete all as specified. Note : The contractor will submitted a sample and collect the details of printing details from GE before placing order for approval.

Supply and fixing of information board duly fabricated with flexo sheet of high grade quality and writing/printing of information/picture/drawing/layout plan over flexo sheet duly structure framed made out 25x25 mm mild steel rectangular iron pipe and fixed with suitable screws/paste including dismantling of old unsv information board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The contractor will submitted a sample for approval of GE before place order.

Supply and fixing laminated and Illuminated Glow Sign Board made out of 2.00 mm thick Flexo printed sheet of approved quality of different size one side luminous front with frame made out 25x25 mm mild steel rectangular iron pipe covered with 20 guage (0.090 mm) PGI sheet on back, sides, top & bottom, aluminium channel 25x25x1.5 mm thick and back side totally enclosed water tight cubical for housing 2 nos LED 9 watt tube light fitting with electronic driver with complete prewired per sqm with connecting lead in common connection with 3 core sheathed wire from junction box to glow sign board (Approx 10 mtrs) and computerized designed letters, figures, pictures, drawings, map etc as directed including dismantling of old unserviceable glow sign board all complete as specified and as directed. Note : The contractor will submitted a sample for approval of GE before place order.

Supply and fixing in repair of glow sign board made of 3 mm bakelite sheet blue colour in front side including cutting the bakelite sheet as per size of letter ( size of font decided by Engineer -in charge ) back side of blue colour bakelite sheet fixed 2 mm thick acrylic sheet white colour and fixed LED 9 strip with driver of suitabe wattage for luminaries at night vision. Outer frame of board should be made out of 3 mm thick flat iron and galvanised iron sheet and back side of the board should be covered with (0.90 mm) PGI sheet on back sides ,top & bottom with support of 4x32 mm flat iron duly welded with out frame of glow sign board all as specified. Note : The contractor will submitted a sample for approval of GE before place order.

Supply only digital loadcell for weighbridge of capacity 60 ton complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one complete as specified and directed.

Supply only Printed Circuit board (PCB) with surge protection for weighbridge of capacity 60 ton as per existing specification and same model complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one complete as specified and directed.
