Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retreived debris as directed including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable trench etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil and rubishes to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with Broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in back filling of pressed steel frame, cills, hold fast, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B0 ( using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs,, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in landings, cover slabs of manhole, septic tank etc, and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary formwork, moulds etc and incl taking out/removal of existing unserviceable cover slab from manhole /septic tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) Type B1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Note :- Weight of Aluminum sections for frames and shutters shall be only considered for payment. Cost of other consumables required for the item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes / Bakelite sheet / wire cloth / mortice lock / locking stay / floor spring / floor door stopper will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortor (1:6) and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick sscreed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square.rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc, of size 450X 300X 7 mm thick over 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick wall on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in (1:6) and finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of external wall of brick work or stone surfaces in two layers (10mm thick each layer) in cement mortar in (1:4) using water proofing compound in top layer and finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.
