Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Submersible Pump set having specifications 5000 GPH X 60 Mtrs head along with allied works at T/well Ganesh Nagar under JMC Capex (New Works) 2026-27.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pumpset having specifications 5000 GPH x 60 M Head along with allied works at tube well Ganesh Nagar. Shifting of the new submersible pump sets from place of storing to workshop. Fabrication and fitting of U-shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of expander / reducer nipple for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS/GI pipe threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer /expander nipple to be fastened with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Coupling of submersible pump-set and testing it in testing pit at workshop and shifting to site of work. Installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set extracting of already lowered pump set along with worn out submersible cable and column pipes. Providing and fitting of 16 mm sq. submersible cable 40 Mtrs in length for replacing worn out submersible cable. Making of connections of submersible cable with motor leads and lowering of submersible pump set. Job also includes P/F of 100 Amp Main switch on the wall and Making of all connections with main switch and LT control panel and then testing the pump set. Job also includes electrification of tubewell room by way of Providing / Fitting of LED lights 50 W - 3 nos. to side walls of the pump room building having individual and independent OFF/ON switches arrangement. Job also includes 5 Ton Manual chain pulley and hang on girder with the help of sling. The job includes cost of submersible pump sets, lowering of submersible pump set, submersible cable, materials i.e. tie rod, expander, reducer, nipple, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets, main switch, manual chain pulley and labour charges.
