Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for sub base and mass concrete in foundation Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection including finishing even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in wearing course/padding concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drain, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thicness in floors laid bedded pointed in any cement mortor in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win?dow-cills, cooking plat?forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point?ing in white cement (1:2) us?ing marble dust with admix?ture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Heavy duty vitrifired coloured tiles 400x400x10 mm thick each of tiles in floor/steps/stairs etc set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of precast concrete work/ block walling built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC solid block masonry (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, exc 10cm in width and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and racking out joints hacking for key sucrubing down with water etc. all as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces finishing the top surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal esistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of WHITE COLOUR with silicon additives coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L Preparing old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings cavings, bed plats and embeding swan neck fencing post, etc incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick center lines,stop lines,dashes,arrows etc.and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed.

Removing & cleaning of blockage WC including WC trap of any description and in any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other forein material deposited in it (either manually or mechanically) upto first manhole and making the sewage system functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge complete.

Removing & cleaning of blockage from traps of bath rooms/ kitchen sink/ wash basin/ Urinal point and gully traps of any description and in any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other forein material deposited in it (either manually or mechanically) upto first manhole and making the seweage system functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge complete.

Taking out carefully the cover slab of gulley traps of any size and shape, depth and cleaning the block by removing the scum/sludge / any material to a distance exc. 250m and n.exc.500m and cleaning with fresh water placing the cover slab/ Grating in position all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines using passing rubber ball through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear or split bamboo with a gunny bag piece tied with bamboo with binding wire and inserting the bamboo in sewage lines of dia 100 mm and up to 200 mm through manhole/gully trap clear flow of sewage is observed in sewage pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning manhole with spades or bucket taking out sludge manhole and disposed off aside by burying the entire sludge under ground in a pit of suitable size by putting earth on it. Again use water with bucket and put into manhole to clear the sludge and ensure the sludge is drain out completely. The depth of manhole exc. 1metre but n.exc 2metre.

Making arrangement of scaffolding in the shafts cutting holes around the bends, tees, junctions any description in the leakage/seepage and making good the cut portion with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 including finishing the portion with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint complete all as directed.

M & L for clearing vegetation /Shrubs along with all the debris of leaf from Shaft,roof slab/ chujjah ,parapet etc and making surface clean ,making good with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) and applying rain coat paint as per the requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable PVC Pipe of size 75mm & 110mm and 150 mm from trenches and walls with all fitting incl. necessary excavation RFR and removal upto 250 mtrs all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including necessary clamps as required complete all as specified and as directed...

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
