Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Sub base of floor, surface finish even and rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing surface even and smooth finish topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of plastic dividing strips 1.5 mm thick and width of strip 38 mm inserted in position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota Stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match of the slab as in floor including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota Stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match of the slab as in skirting, riser of step including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 X 250 / 450 X 300 mm & 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surface of walls such as in dado, skirting etc; including and jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles, including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick joint free ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in floors laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
