Terms Contract for Repair, Operation and Maintenance of electrical equipment such as Transformer, DG Set, HT/LT Panels and other essential electrical/water supply equipment installed at Cantonment General Hospital, Delhi Cantt.

Comprehensive maintenance of DG set of 750 KVA including cost of all labour and replacement of defective parts including replacement of consumable like oil, coolant, filters, Servicing lubricants (except fuel-diesel), fuels injectors monthly full load test run for minimum 2 hours, maintenance upkeep of exhaust Pipe and its painting twice a year with approved paint. Checkup/ upkeep/ maintainance of voltage regulator (AVR) governs, oil pressure, oil pressure valves, air filters, fuel filters, horses, belt, vibration control, full vibration analysis complete including annual major over handing of DG set as per OEM schedule. Also complete comprehensive maintenance of AMF panels with bus bar, relays, MCCBs, earthing, incomers, outgoing, timer, connectors, thimbles complete as per inventory given in technical bid including maint/upkeep of fuel tank. Complete for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly comprehensive maintenance including one complete annual over hauling of DG Set with all cost of labour, replacements of defective parts, replacement of lubricants/oils, filters for in untrumpeted functioning of DG set all as directed by the Engineering In-charge. (The contractor shall be required to maintain maintenance schedule registers to record details of all maintenance carried out under weekly quarterly, yearly maintenance programme as per format given by the Engineer-in-charge.) Comprehensive maintenance of 1250 kVA- (2 no x 12 months = 24 months). transformer, oil immerseds to include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance of transformers as per broad maintenance schedule given in technical bid & strictly as per OEM/Manufacturer instructions. The comprehensive maintenance shall include: daily maintenance program weekly maintenance program monthly maintenance program quarterly maintenance program yearly maintenance program complete in all respect as per complete OEM instructions. The Comprehensive maintenance shall include all manpower required for the work, replacement of defective parts, periodic checking of insulation resistance, IR test, oil filter, cleaning/replacement of parts, desludging and cleaning of main tank and conservator cleaning/replacing of defective/worn out filters checking of gaskets/bushing, servicing complete as per manufacturer instructions to ensure uninterrupted functioning of transformer, complete including cost of all manpower, consumables and replacement of defective parts all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Comprehensive maintenance of HT panel including cost of all labour, manpower, replacement of defective parts comprising of Vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) 400A 2 nos, insulators, busbars, contact resistance, lubricants, Volt meter, Ammeters, servicing/maintenance of shunt trip closing or under voltage coils & replacement of defective parts, testing of insulation, resistance, terminals, secondary terminals, MCCBs, earthing, safety interlocks, auxilliary switches, relays, indicating lamps complete including weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly maintenance as per OEM instructions complete all specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge complete for uninterupted functioning of Panels & replacing all defective/worn out parts. As per inventory of the item given in technical bid documents.(The contractor shall be required to maintain maintenance schedule registers to record details of all maintenance carried out under weekly quarterly, yearly maintenance programme as per format given by the Engineer-in-charge.) Comprehensive maintenance of LT panel including cost of all labour, manpower, replacement of defective parts comprising of insulators, busbars, contact resistance, lubricants, Volt meter, Ammeters, servicing/maintenance of shunt trip closing or under voltage coils & replacement of defective parts, testing of insulation resistance, terminals, secondary terminals, earthing, safety interloades, auxilliary switches, relays, indicating lamps complete including weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly maintenance as per OEM instructions complete all specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge compute for uninterupted functioning of Panels & replacing all defective/worn out parts. As per inventory of the item given in the technical bid documents all inclusive. Comprehensive Maintenance Services for Electrical feeder pillars including incoming/outgoing feeders, Switchgear, busbars, protection devices, terminations earthing system and all associated components including periodic inspection of Feeder pillar, checking of voltage, current, load balancing, abnormal heating, noise, overall condition of components checking and servicing of MCCBs, isolators, contactors, relays, attending fault promptly, including identification, repair/replacement of defective components, replacing consumables and spares such as Lugs, glands, ferrules, fasteners, lubricants, MCCB, MCBs, busbar replacement. Contractor Shall provide all necessary tools, testing instruments etc. and safety equipment. Ensuring compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, statutory regulations and safe working practices complete all as per OEM instructions. Comprehensive maintenance of central air-conditioning plant to include weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly maintenance of the installed system as per OEM maintenance schedule including of all manpower & replacement of defective part, items, equipment complete. The central air conditioning system comprising of water chilling machine 40TR -3 Nos., hot water generator system (HWG)-6 Nos, AHUs of different capacities (AHU 2 -10000 cfm/4 RD Cooling coil (Zone 4), AHU 3- 2600cfm/6RD Cooling coil (Zone 5), AHU 4- 5400cfm/6RD Cooling coil (Zone 9), AHU 5- 12200cfm/6RD Cooling coil (Zone 10), AHU 6- 6800cfm/6RD Cooling coil (Zone7) and AHU 7- 2500cfm/6RD Cooling coil (C.S.S.D) coaling towers, pumps (CHW/CDW) ducting and installation, electrical panel and control, thermostats, compressor, refrigerant gas, piping, coils complete to ensure uninterrupted functioning of installations complete in all respect including cost of labour, materials & replacement of defective parts, provisioning of cooling gas refrigerant & maintenance (weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly maintenance) of record of servicing in the approved format complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. PCB boards repair/replacement of faulty component, leak detection.
