Supplying, fixing, jointing, testing & commissioning of CI sluice valves pressure rating PN1.6 as per IS marked including cost of jointing material complete in all respect (Make IVC / VAG / Kirloskar) 350 mm i/d

Trenchless Crossing of Hisar - Sirsa Railway line for laying the 700 mm i/d DI rising main line Boring / excavation including pit making at entry & exit point to the precise dimensions for Launching of the specialized Auger boring machine in normal soil condition but not in any underground utility like foundation, water supply / sewer line coming in alignment or other underground obstructions complete in all respect including caution sign boards, signals, watching fencing, site clearance etc. including provision for probe radar survey to check any underground obstruction before finalizing the alignment.

Providing & insertion of 813 mm i/d M.S. Casing pipe thickness as per 3589:2001 (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS: 3589 of 2001 from steel plates conforming to IS 2062 of following sizes including cutting, beveling, grinding & radio graphically welding of pipes as per IS-1182 complete in all respect and also coating of inner & outer surface of casing pipe with high built epoxy paint to R.D.S.O. as per specification No. M&C/PCN.III/88 to a dry film thickness of 250 micron for protection against corrosion complete in all respect including cost & cartage of material to site of work and testing as per specifications.

Insertion of 700 mm i/d DI pipe by providing Roller arrangement for smooth insertion & anchoring of pipe through out the length with DI spacers at a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contract of carrier pipe including cutting, jointing, as per IS 5382-1985 (amended up to date) in trenches in complete including cost of DI Special, labor, sectional hydro testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per technical specification and as per direction of Engineer includes cost of all specials like bends, tees required during laying of pipe line along required alignment including providing concrete block 1:1-1/2:3 on both ends to plug the annular space between casing and carrier pipe complete in all respect

No subsiquent payment for these will be made extra. Note:- DI Pipe will be provided by Department.
