UPGRADATION OF TRANSFORMER 400 KVA FOR CDA PATNA UNDER GE DANAPUR

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 11 Mtr long type (410 SP -55) conforming to IS 2713 part I & III - 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel, bolts, nuts and screws, welded and reduced section and longitudinal weld seam throughtout entire length of pole including two coats of black bituminous paint throughtout internally and externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including transporting the poles to plating & providing three bends/strap with paint red signal/post office colour 300 mm apart from plinth block & numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Earth work & PCC will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ)

M & L for cross arms , bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers and welding , bending Cold or Hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated and directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of air break switch (GOD) HT 11 KV AC 50 c/s TP vertical /horizontal mounting type mechanically operated from ground mounted on insulator-12 Nos, 11 KV grade and seel frame capacity current rating 200 Amps complete with fuse mounts fuse element of required capacity and one pad lock 65 mm (Godrej/Navtal) with two keys all as specified and directed.

M& L pin type/post top , porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11 KV grade including one galvanised iron washer, nut and pin complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letter figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25cm X20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,fixing and connecting single pole zink oxide (gapless surge type) heavy duty station class,self supporting outdoor type lighting arrestor having rated voltage 09 KV (RMS) discharge current 10 KA insulation level 28/78KV/KVP (peak) suitable for rated system voltage of 12 KV supply system with maximum continuous operating voltage (MCOV) not less than 7.65 KV (RMS) wiith highly non linear ceramic resister made of Zink Oxide in hermetically sealed container complete with metal base insulator and suitable terminals for ground connection and pressure relieving arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stay assembly comprising of 7/8 SWG Galvanised stay stranded wire of required length fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers, galvanised 14 mm dia 400 mm long stay bow with 19 / 20 mm dia 215 cms long stay rod with threaded end, GI nut & washers, GI stay plate 300 x 300 x 6 mm thick plate, 2 Nos. thimble, MS clamp made out of 50 x 6 mm flat iron, loop insulator 90 mm x 140 mm dia hole, 25 mm porcelain complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate no. 1 of SSR part -I . (Note:- Earth work & PCC will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ)

M & L for anticlimbing device spike type fabricated out of mild steel 50 x 6 mm flat iron clamp in two pieces with 10 nos. 10 cm long and 12 mm dia spikes sharpened one end and welded in clamps at the other end suitable for steel tubular swaged pole including nuts, bolts, washers and welding made to shape to suit the cross section of pole including red oxide primer paint one coat and two coats of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95sq mm complete all as specified & directed . ( Note : 60 RM X 2 run ,One as standby )

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3.5 core x 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : 75 RM X 2 run ,One as standby).

Supply, installation , testing commissioning outdoor type , Level 3 (Ref. IS:1180 Part-1 -2014 with amendment no. 1,2,3 & 4.) transformer of capacity 400 KVA step down phase 50 Hz oil immersed air naturally cooled (ONAN type ) with external cooling tubes / fins, double wound core type copper wound having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/ 433 V corresponding to principal tapping , delta connected primary side (HV side ) and star connected secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol DYN 11 (Vector , group -4) with neutral brought on LV side and having tapping HV side for constant output so as to alter / vary secondry voltage from +/- 2.5 % to +/- 2.5 % , +/- 5% and +/- 7.5% to be changed by means of manual OFF LOAD tap changer . The transformer having dielectric strength not less then 50 KV arrangements complete and confirming to IS 2026 compete all as specified . The transformer shall be completed with following fittings and acessories:- (a) One cable box on HV side with cable gland suitable for 3 core 95 Sqmm 11 KV cable.(b) One cable box on LT side with cable gland suitable for reception of one run of 3.5 core 400 sqmm LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor cable.(c) Oil conservator with drain plug or valve.(d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent.(e) Explosion vent.(f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover.(g) 100 mm dia dial type thermometer having range of 0 to 120 *C vapour pressure with maximum temperature and resetting switch/Knob. (h) Two earthing terminal over tank and tank cover with lugs to suit 32 X 6 mm GI strip.(j) Rating plate .(k) Terminal marking /machine plate.(l) Oil level gauge.(m) Fitting lugs.(n) Oil drain/filter valves.(o) Four plain rollers.(p) Oil filter plug complete.(q) Air release plug/valve.(r ) Oil filter hole with cap. (s) First fill of oil and all other standard fittings recommended by OEM.(t) Foundation and Civil Works – Construction of PCC foundation, plinth and oil soak pit suitable for 400 KVA transformer as per approved drawing including all materials, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, finishing and curing complete.Installation and Erection – Unloading, positioning, alignment and grouting of transformer on foundation, including supply and fixing of accessories, rollers, earthing connections, and mechanical fittings complete.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but exceeding 1.5 m in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade fixed on pole/under road/on wall for protection of cable including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for horizontal boring mechanically across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80/40 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of sch'A').

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8 ) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6 ) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping , including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600X600X6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not les than 2.25 M deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below GL) connected with GI earth strip of 32X6 mm as earthing leads by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers beside Welding / brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work. GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI earth strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1chamber and MS angle iron frame of 40mmx40mm x3 mmand RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I and conected to earth test point including testing complete all as secified and directed.

Ditto but using copper plate 600mmX600mmx3.15mm thickelectrode and 20X3mm copper strip as earthing lead ( For transformer neutral ) complete all as specified and directed.
