REPLACEMENT OF AHUs OF LOWER CAPACITY WITH ADEQUATE CAPACITY

Disconnecting all electrical connections including disconnecting of chilled water, hot water and humidification supply pipe line connections, all ducts connected to AHUs for supply air, return air and fresh air and taking out from AHU rooms No. 21 to 25 for OTs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Design, Supply, installation and connecting after addition alteration including reinsulation of existing supply air, retun air, fresh air ducts, chilled water, hot water and humidistat pipes, testing (phase-I) and commissioning and testing (phase-II) of sectionalized, draw/ blow through type double skin construction air handling units for all OTs, each complete with two nos. plug fans with motor in the fan section, filter section with synthetic fibre filters, fine filter section with microvee filters, suitable ultra voilet emitters for treatment of air, coil section with multi rows deep chilled water coil and hot water coil with insulated SS drain pan & header drain connection with valve, coil of copper tube and aluminium fins (Max coil face velocity 500 FPM), pre cooling and reheat heat pipes arrangement for recovery of energy from fresh air with exhaust air (having energy effiency of not less than 50%) almunium dampers with locking arrangement for supply air, return air, fresh air, fresh and bleed air, double tire with two seperate passages one for supply of fresh air and other for exhaust of air for the room after recovery of energy with exhaust air section with two independent plug fans all as specified complete with electrical panel comprising of 2 nos. VFD drives for exhaust air plug fans and return air plug fans starters for supply air plug fans, controls for modulating valves, humidistat for actuating the humidifire and interlocks for fire damper, fire alarm systems, cabling from sub mains to AHU panel and panel to AHU motors/ controls as required and specified. aluminium dampers with marking and locking arrangement must be provided for supply and exhaust air. Fire dampers shall one be provided. suitable vibrtion isolators, access doors, view glass, limit switch, suitable openings in AHU for tapping for gauges (Pressure and Temperature transducers), controllers and control wiring, all internal wiring, marine lights in all sections, profile gaskets of approved materials shall be provided. Door limit switch must be provided to trip the fan automatically when door is opened. Noise level should not exceed 70 db at a distance of 1 m from AHU complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge of following capacities:-

(i) 14500 cfm, 63 TR (chilled water coil), 125 mm static, 8 row deep coil for chilled water and two row deep hot water coil (with mixing box, fresh and return with dampers in weather proof construction). (AHU No. 21 & 22 : for OT 1,2,3& 4)

(ii) 14000 cfm, 49 TR (chilled water coil), 8 row deep coil for chilled water and two row deep hot water coil (with mixing box, fresh and return with dampers in weather proof construction) (AHU No. 23 : for OT 5 & 6)

(iii) 11700 cfm, 47 TR (chilled water coil), 8 row deep coil for chilled water and two row deep hot water coil (with mixing box, fresh and return with dampers in weather proof construction) (AHU No. 24 : for OT Hybrid)

(iv) 7900 cfm, 26 TR (chilled water coil), 8 row deep coil for chilled water and two row deep hot water coil (with mixing box, fresh and return with dampers in weather proof construction) (AHU No. 25 : for OT 09) Note for Srl item No 2.01 to 2.04:- (i) "Existing AHUs will be removed against item No 01 and new AHU will be replaced as specified above under item No 2.01 to 2.04 and unit rates are deemed to be inclusive of following : (a) Any modification for connection to existing ducts for supply air, return air and fresh air all under pipe lines with insulation any type of valves with insulation, any type of gauges, electrical and control wiring, including electric panel for AHU, sensors etc on the as in PS and standard engineering practices. (b) All civil works required for AHU room and support of ducts and pipes. (c) Tentative head load calculations and AHU specifications as attached as per Appx H and J as a guide only. Contractor has to work out capacities of AHU based own design and quote rates accordingly to achieve inside design conditions as specified.

Taking down unserviceable motorized valve of size 50 to 80mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Location: AHU-1, AHU-6, AHU-10 A, AHU-11, AHU-12, AHU-13, AHU-17, AHU-18, AHU-19, AHU-20, AHU-21 AHU-22, AHU-26, AHU-27 & AHU-28

S & F of motorized valve of size 80mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cast iron Pot Strainers bloted cover, flanged ends, basket of brass/bronze/SS Wire mesh 24G x 14 mesh for condener water application complete with flanges, nuts-bolts, gasket as specified and required 450 mm dia (Location: AHU-14)

Supply, installation, testing and commissiong of chillers plant manager suitable to control all the chillers already installed and all suitable modules (I/O) so that individual Micro Processor controlled panels of machies can be synchronised for chillers. Pumps and cooling tower operation and to enable sequental operation equal operating time and take care of load patterns complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost will include installation of new software from OEM along with suitable hardware required for running plant manager system and necessary connections.

Note for Srl Item No 03 to 42 :- Necessary Make of the item as replaced under Srl item 03 to 42 shall be of same make as originally provided by the previous contractor or if same is not avilable the same shall be as approved by the GE.
