Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 10m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Random rubble masonry in cement motor 1:5 (one Part of cement, Five part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) mix using all granite stones and bond stones for foundation and basement from approved quarry including watering, curing, and labour charges etc., completed as per standard specification

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, Five sand and Ten aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting shuttering, necessary supports for plain surfaces such as reinforced cement concrete column footings, raft and raft beams, columns, plinth beams, staircase steps, slabs, rectangular lintels, beams, T or L beams, reinforced cement concrete brackets, lintels, bed blocks, staircase waist and landing slabs, landing beams, canopies including decentering after curing period, complete complying with standard specifications at all leads inside the building.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4") including cost of materials andlabour charges etc., as per standard specification - 1m3 complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

Supplying and filling the foundation and basement with stone crusher dust in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. etc., complete.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering for brickwork surfaces using cement mortar 1:5 (One part of cement, Five parts of sand by volume) thickness 12mm (average) for all internal/external surfaces like superstructure, rainwater ducts, elevation fin walls, manholes, inspection chambers, entrance & staircase steps etc., finished smoothly to one level including scaffolding, curing etc., complete, at all leadsand at all heights.

Supplying and fixing of 40mm thick cuddapah slab in possition in cub boards, platfom all floors etc double side polishing with all standard specifications

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade asdirected) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layerof cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of PlasteringSand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X 200mm X 6mm sizeof approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (Onepart of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mmbase layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC Solid Doors using 19gauge 19mm MS Sq,tubes for styles and frames, 15mm MS Sq.tubes for to, Lock and bottom rails. The Steel Tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick Solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm X 45mm with suitable tabate for housing the shutter etc, complete as per standard specification.

Finishing with Tapper slab with Water proofing with FOSRAC Chemicals as per the direction of the department as per the direction of the departmental officers

Flooring in Finishing Ellis pattern 6mm Chips Using jelly for mm Thick top plastered with CM 1:3 to 20mm thick as per the direction of the department as per the direction of the departmental officers

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and erection of(Gear operated) upto 8m2 to 12m2 area pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheets. The shutter shall be panited with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation sharges etc,.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium colour sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm.
