EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for grouting in concrete bolts with nuts and washers of size 300 mm long 12 mm dia and anti vibration pad for pumping set and pump motor foundation all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts indoor type LT Panel Board, IP-43, CPRI approved, factory fabricated & factroy assembled , waterproof,dust and vermin proof cubical type with locking arrangement , LT Penal made out of suitable size angle iron, channel and fabricated from 3.15 mm thick (minimum) CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032), independently housing for each control switch gear and indicating lamps with & including busbars made of copper duly insulated with heat retardent fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours. Supply, commissioning, erecting and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent with eccoustic enclosure Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set of capacity 30 KVA Liquied coolant cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Bengdubi mil stn including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 m all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads complete all as specified and directed, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:- (i) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, confirming to IS:10000/ISO3046/BS:649/BS:5514 amended up to date, for continuous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 30 KVA or next higher capacity at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bengdubi, fitted with following accessories:- (a) Dynamically balanced fly wheel with starter ring (b) Air cleaned oil bath type. M&L for drawing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed round multicore flexible cable with copper conductor three core (Red, Black, Breed) 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Advance Maintenance Free Zinc & Alloy coated G.I. safe earthing electrode with pipe in pipe technology of not less than 76.30 mm outer dia (thickness not less than - 2.5 mm) and 42.40 mm inner dia (thickness not less than 3.2 mm) and two meter length, the electrode should be of galvinised with Zinc (80 -100 micron) and Alloy ( 250 - 300 micron) coated. The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 50 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. Backfill compound should be eco-frendly and having RoHs certification. GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI. The earting pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4) B1 cover of 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed and as per sketch "A" Zinc and Alloy coated safe earthing electrode should be Make : ASHLOK, Model : ASEEL-39-ZC&AC or equivalent (Earth Resistance should be less than 1 Ohm ) NOTE : (i) For each earth electrode excavation to be done of size not less than 3m x 0.75m and excavated soil to be replace with good quality / highly conductive soil, rate deemed to be include in the quoted rate. (ii) All earth connection to be done using special nut bolt.
